I stopped here this morning and one of the women working behind the counter, apron read “Cari”, was kind of rude. I came in not really knowing what I wanted and I said “Sorry, just lost my train of thought” because it’s Monday morning and I haven’t had my coffee yet☺️ she said “okay??” with an attitude so I decided then I wanted “a venti iced espresso with 4 pumps of vanilla” She said “how many shots??” “Is this iced??” Again, with a nasty tone and having pretty much dismissed what I ordered except the fact it was espresso. I was kind of taken aback by her tone but also the fact that I told her I wanted a venti which would normally come with three shots if I’m not mistaken. I can understand feeling stressed especially in her position (working at a highly popular coffee shop on a Monday morning) and I normally don’t leave reviews, but I really did not like my experience and it gave me a bad start to my morning.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I feel bad for the people working there. Its not there fault that whoever is in charge doesnt schedule enough people. I have never been there where more than 2 people have been working, I have been there where it appears 1 person is working. Taking orders and making drinks. This last time I had to call customer service to get my money back after waiting 10 minutes for a mobile order. Insane.

Terrible service. I waited for 20 minutes for an iced energy drink and they put an empty cup on the counter with only ice and a message that said “we’re out” with no response from any one of the baristas. Absolutely lousy terrible service. Honestly disrespectful. Every single time I go in here I have to wait around a half hour. And you people want a tip too!?!? Get out of here

Tried the London Fog. Disappointed. The Hive over in Erlanger has the best one. Was trying to find somewhere closer. Service was fine.

Nestled in Blue Ash, this Starbucks location is small and quaint but stays very, very busy. Service is always fast and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I love stopping in!

Would be a 5 star if it weren’t for their ridiculous policy, kicks out anyone under 18 even if they’ve done nothing wrong, and only one worker enforces it. I paid $6 for a drink and I can’t sit quietly in the cafe. Drinks great, policy is terrible.
