Standard Starbucks. Chill place to hang out and study. One of their smaller locations, but good enough and with some parking. The barista with the short blond hair was super welcoming and just great energy all around!

I feel like this one is getting better, which I love because I am in this area a lot. Staff is friendly, and on the occasion they mess up my drink, they don't get upset when I ask them to correct it. It is a quick correct, and I am out the door.

I stopped here this morning and one of the women working behind the counter, apron read “Cari”, was kind of rude. I came in not really knowing what I wanted and I said “Sorry, just lost my train of thought” because it’s Monday morning and I haven’t had my coffee yetâ˜ș she said “okay??” with an attitude so I decided then I wanted “a venti iced espresso with 4 pumps of vanilla” She said “how many shots??” “Is this iced??” Again, with a nasty tone and having pretty much dismissed what I ordered except the fact it was espresso. I was kind of taken aback by her tone but also the fact that I told her I wanted a venti which would normally come with three shots if I’m not mistaken. I can understand feeling stressed especially in her position (working at a highly popular coffee shop on a Monday morning) and I normally don’t leave reviews, but I really did not like my experience and it gave me a bad start to my morning.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I feel bad for the people working there. Its not there fault that whoever is in charge doesnt schedule enough people. I have never been there where more than 2 people have been working, I have been there where it appears 1 person is working. Taking orders and making drinks. This last time I had to call customer service to get my money back after waiting 10 minutes for a mobile order. Insane.
