My all-time favorite Starbucks! I absolutely love the team here—they make every visit so enjoyable! Special shoutouts to:

1. The blondy, but now he is rocking a brunette look. Update: his name is Brian!

2. The creative girl who expresses herself with fun stickers on her face and a stylish turban.

3. The friendly blonde girl who’s always so welcoming.

4. Molly.

The only thing I'd suggest improving is bringing in a professional cleaning company and upgrading the flooring-it would make the place even better.

Love the idea with reusable in store mugs ❤️

I work remote from Starbucks cafes all across Dayton and Cincinnati—the morning crew here put in a lot of work, and go above and beyond. I am also shocked at how fast they are midweek mornings considering how busy they get with the abundance of office workers in blue ash. This is one of the best locations in southwest Ohio

Baristas here super rude. Rudest Starbucks staff I've ever encountered in 20 years of going to starbucks across all states and many countries!

This Starbucks leaves a lot to be desired. Service is poor at best. The gentleman and woman that are in most days in the morning seem genuinely miserable to be there. 3 orders in a row, I didn’t get the food item that I ordered. I ordered a drink and food item, got just got the drink. The Starbucks at 42 and Fields Ertel is now my go to. Night and day.

The barista was not only slow to make our drinks and made my basic mocha frappacino wrong (it was essentially chocolate milk with whipped cream) but she stopped making our drinks when her friend came in a few minutes after us and ordered 1 drink and she chatted with him and then gave him 2 more drinks to take home to his mom before she went back and finished making our order. It was such a bizarre experience.

The woman named Snow that works at the register is legitimately one of the rudest people you can meet. There is clearly an utter disdain towards every person she takes an order from. If you are that miserable with your job, you need to find something else. Taking it out on customers, mainly my husband, was wildly inappropriate. Her tone is unbelievably off putting. This is the absolute worst experience ordering at any Starbucks we have been to. She needs to be thoroughly retrained on how to talk to people. I am highly disappointed that this behavior would be tolerated by this company.
