The woman named Snow that works at the register is legitimately one of the rudest people you can meet. There is clearly an utter disdain towards every person she takes an order from. If you are that miserable with your job, you need to find something else. Taking it out on customers, mainly my husband, was wildly inappropriate. Her tone is unbelievably off putting. This is the absolute worst experience ordering at any Starbucks we have been to. She needs to be thoroughly retrained on how to talk to people. I am highly disappointed that this behavior would be tolerated by this company.

My all-time favorite Starbucks! I absolutely love the team here—they make every visit so enjoyable! Special shoutouts to:

1. The blondy, but now he is rocking a brunette look.

2. The creative girl who expresses herself with fun stickers on her face and a stylish turban.

3. The friendly blonde girl who’s always so welcoming.

4. Molly.

The only thing I'd suggest improving is bringing in a professional cleaning company and upgrading the flooring-it would make the place even better.

Wait 15 minutes after picking gift cups that are clearly marked 50% off. Manager states they are not on sale. I show him the display only has the five cups I am purchasing and he states again not on sale. When I inquire which ones are he stayed he doesn’t know.smh!

It has no drive thru, but still busy as most other locations during peak times.

Outdoor seating. 4-5 tables I think.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan food available.
Plus coffee!

Dietary restrictions: Eh...... Drink more coffee for your health!

Parking: Parking can be rough. Many other busy stores in the strip.

They are always so kind and seem like they like their job and the people they work with. I heard the shift leader thank her coworkers! Also she was so patient with me as I had to run to my car to get change to pay. Genuinely thank you! Customer service is rare these days. You made me smile and feel important ☺️

Nearly 20 minutes to fill up two of the carafe sized black coffees with literally no line. Then when I poured from one it was basically just water. Skip this store.

Very disappointed in a store that skips those of us waiting in line because their bestie comes in to order drinks. 3 of us were waiting for a good 10 minutes, and a baristas friend comes in and she skips all. Will not return.
