You know I love yall All over the city I love yall. I would love the opportunity to be your store cleaner. I do notice that yall windows are becoming filthy. Alot of people come in and out of your establishment s everyday they should not be greeted by finger prints.

Hadn't been to Tropical Smoothie in awhile, yet decided to go for the Fan Fest smoothie promo. Placed a pickup order (wrap and smoothie) at the Blue Ash, Ohio location and had arrived 20 mins past my scheduled pickup. Usually smoothies are kept in the refrigerator below the prep area so they remain cold prior to pickup. But there was a recent facility change - pickup orders are left on shelves far away from the counter. So when I came to the counter like usual, the employee said my order was over on the shelf. That included the smoothie.By leaving the smoothie in a room-temperature section of the building, it is going to melt the blended ice. And that's exactly what happened. My smoothie had the consistency of water and was lukewarm. Even though I'm placing a pickup order, the fact Tropical Smoothie changed the handling of smoothies is detrimental to the pickup ordering process. This ultimately means the only sufficient way to order is in-person, which I rarely do. Pickup was so convenient, but now it's not. How could management think this was a good idea? Smoothies should not be left outside of a refrigerator, and if they're going to be relegated to a different part of the facility, then there also needs to be a refrigerator where the pickup smoothies are stored.

We pop in after gymnastics. It's dead by then but that just means all our stuff is ready togo! Smoothies are UHMazing(bahama mama and sunshine) Food is delish but they believe in portion control(kid turkey wrap and kid dilla, chicken chorizo dilla). Not alot of sides to choose from(sweet potatos and kids had chips). But We like it. We keep going....?

Placed a sandwich order for delivery. Requested no tomatoes. Allergic to tomatoes and tomato products. Sandwich had a small piece of tomato on it. They had not made a fresh sandwich with no tomato, they simply removed the tomato from the already made sandwich. If the small piece of tomato on the sandwich had gone unnoticed the results would have been serious. Please train your staff not to do this!
The app ate my money. Order went through and charged my card. Went to the store, they had no record of it (keep in mind I used to eat here weekly and this never happened before. Always use the same app and same account and same card to order). They wouldn’t help me and told me to go through the app help center. I did, submitted the form and everything. Half a year later, still no response. Eat here if you want but don’t expect issues to ever be resolved. So d****

Went here twice. Both smoothies I ordered tasted watered-down. Flavor is decent but not worth the money.

I gave 1 star for the service. Went there April 5th at 6:00p and the young lady there didn't bother to greet me, even when taking my order she walked over the the register and just looked at me. She didn't have to greet me but at the LEAST just say SOMETHING, a hi would've sufficed. I went there the day before and the same thing happened with a different young lady, not a hi or anything just walk up to the register and look at me. The 1st time I went she was busy with another customer so I was just looking up at the menu waiting for her to finish so I did not pay attention that she was ready waiting on me until another customer came in and said "are you ordering?" So I looked and the worker is just standing there looking at me! SO WEIRD!!! They're happy go lucky with the other customers as I'm walking in so be that way with everyone! I hope the owner sees my review and have a training on customer service and train the employees to greet customers & treat them all the same no matter their skin color.

Horrible. They don't wash the blenders in between uses so no matter what you order you'll get remence of other ingredients in your smoothie! Just disgusting, and tasted like nasty frozen water, never again!
