Hello if you were thing about getting your food from here from DoorDash! Don’t I called the store and a lady answered and I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager because somebody let a random person take my food and still was allowing other people to pick “ the order “ up. She told me that’s that’s not what happened and I already got my money back for the order but it wasn’t about the order it was about the customer service and I once again asked to speak to the manager. She proceeded to put me on hold and then hung up! Horrible horrible horrible TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The food is absolutely disgusting. I feel like I was just robbed. Spent $45 for dinner for my family and we threw 95% of it away.

Wish there was lower than one star. My family and I have been ordering Winterwalk for several years and all have always been happy with the outcome of our orders. However, tonight we had a late night order parentheses 8:45 PM and I had ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, and an order of coconut shrimp for my son. When it arrived, the white rice and sweet-and-sour chicken was fine, however, the coconut shrimp was absolutely horrendous. There is nowhere on their website that says their coconut shrimp contains mayonnaise or egg. In fact, the picture shows a beautifully glazed shrimp with coconut. What we received was fried shrimp, mixed in about a cup of mayonnaise, pure mayonnaise. There was no coconut whatsoever to be seen. luckily I had tasted this before my son who has an allergy to eggs. This shrimp was smothered in what can only be described as McDonald’s mayonnaise how upsetting for a restaurant that we considered wonderful for the last several years to have such a downfall. Never again. Gross. Don’t do it , even for the convenience.

It is a greasy Chinese food place but the best one in kenwood. I always order the chicken with garlic sauce and it has a ton of great vegetables. my kids love the mai fun noodles . Really the only place I would recccomend in the area bc it actually is the least

A few years ago I wrote a 5 star review but unfortunately it has been super disappointing for a while now. I’m not sure what happened but the last time I ate here it was inedible. And believe me, I am not one to waste food or send something back. I’m not too picky but I really couldn’t even finish the food I got. The chicken pieces are very weird, very tough. The noodles I got were completely bland. It’s unfortunate because I used to really love this place but it wasn’t just one bad time, it’s been several.
