Jake the general manager is the most friendly and chill manager I have ever meet very nice and has a great team that are the same. He always says how much her appreciate and values his team and there work. Great food every time I’ve been there only small issues which were quickly resolved

Had a pretty bad experience with this location today. The music is very loud and the person taking my order was a complete bully. I don’t hear well and when I asked this young man to speak up he laughed at me and walked away. He then handed me a drink cup but when I went to grab it, he quickly jerked it away from me and stared at me. I ordered my son some wings honey barbecue, my son opened the container and began eating the wings that someone DUMPED spicy chili or some kind of rub on. I’ve eaten wingstop many times and would
be willing to BET that the “atomic” seasoning was applied to my son’s food. Wingstop please look into this immediately and review your cameras, by the way my 5 year old son got this in his eyes and skin.

Okay this is highly unusual for this location in the last month the quality of the food has been horrific! Fries are burned. Food was packaged horribly with fries falling out of the container rack sauce not closed causing spillage all over the bag. All this after waiting for 40 minutes! Jasmine or Jazz packaged my food and tossed the food over to me yes tossed the bag on the counter! I ordered 3 combos but only received 2 fries. One of the employees walks in higher than the clouds. Next time I will visit Popeyes on Lebanon road where im sure the quality of service and food will exceed my expectations. This was a waste of $31.00.
Moral of the story is don't serve food you wouldn't eat! And to think a manager is the one who prepared the order!

Used to be good but I’ve noticed lately they’ve been understaffing this location. Went in the other day and the place was pretty full it’s about dinner time and they only had two workers for the shift. Ever since I’ve noticed the short staffing the foods been worse and always terrible service inside. Also the workers don’t use gloves when handling the food pretty gross

I paid for the 50 piece chicken deal and the 20 for $20, I ordered 3 orders of fries and an extra ranch, plus a large ranch. I got the chicken, no sides, 2 brownies which I never ordered. Not cool, every single time I order from this location they screw up my order

Jo and his crew hooked me up with some good recommendations. First time coming to wing stop it was late in the evening after work. Place was clean and the food was even better, they know how to hold down the night shift fs!
