Normally would give them a 5 star review as the ice cream is spectacular. However, when stopping by in September 2025, I saw multiple traps set out on their trash cans to attract and kill bees. Hundreds of bees were already dead within the traps. I asked if they were wasp traps but the employee confirmed that they were for bees so they don't bother the customers.
I am highly disappointed as they should be working to ensure these important pollinators are thriving instead of killing them for a minor inconvenience for their customers. They could move the trash cans further away from the seating areas or plant flowers to attract them elsewhere.
I would love to support this business in the future should they change their practices.

Met family here for dinner. My son in law ordered a coney dog and it came plain. I ordered a pizza burger without the bun and it was just a patty. When my SIL went back up to get the orders right they made him produce the receipt and put chili on his hot dog (no cheese) and said that the pizza burger doesn’t come with sauce or cheese? Overall ok experience but will not likely be back.

Yummy food and ice cream, great service! We stopped after soccer, had a cookie dough cyclone (cookie dough in EVERY bite!) orange vanilla twist, and nachos and cheese. All very good!

Been going here for years, went here with my Grandparents recently. Service was pretty good and the food was delicious, however I ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings. I thought they would've put the onion rings on the side but they put it on the sandwich. Not really a big deal tho lol.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we asked about it they said it was ready for a long time and they hadn’t given it to us as they were figuring out a customer in front of our order. When we questioned the food quality at this point they had an attitude and were rude. Said something to the owner and no offer to fix it.

We normally love visiting. The staff this year just isn't it, at least not the ridiculously rude girl that took our order and then forgot it. Mistakes happen, totally get that, but I went back up to the window after waiting 30 minutes and watching every other customer AFTER us receive their order, and she completely ignored me.

The food was very delish and the girls working were very kind, however the very large man in back gave me the heebie jeebies as he grabbed one of the girls waists a little too close to the buttox. I think the girl appeared to be of high school age, he seemed old.

Really good food but the shredded chicken sandwiches always come soggy and I wish the girls that worked there would wear hair nets ...can't tell you how many times I've found a hair..?
