I have not been to the Bluffton Dunkin in awhile and after I visited I realized why. There was three people working and the focus was on drive thru and mobile orders. I waited at least 15 minutes before one of the workers recommended that I use the kiosk and I wanted to talk to a human being. Finally when someone finally comes over they was going to wait on someone who had come in after me. I made sure that I was taken care of first. I won't be back. That was the worst service ever. The time was 7:45am

Just left this store while traveling. (About 1:45 Thursday (9/4). Used restroom and waited at counter to get some donuts and drink and to tell them something. No one in store but a couple cars in drive thru. Two employees. One of them was making a drink for drive thru I assume. Not sure what the other one was doing. Stood there for 5 minutes or so. Neither one acknowledged me in any way. I would have waited if one of them had said I'll be with you in a minute but that didn't happen. Plus they both had big frowns on their faces like they didn't really like being in the customer service industry. Anyhow, my husband and I decided to just leave. Oh yeah, what I wanted to tell them was that the toilet in the ladies room was overflowing!

Went there with my mom this morning, needless to say we’re never going there again. We waited in line for over 20+ minutes, hash browns tasted like straight grease and croissant stuffers were practically frozen in the middle. In a drive-through line, we shouldn’t have sat there for 20 minutes when only one person was in front of us.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Being busy isn’t an excuse to give poor service. I’m the most patient person in the world, and whenever I show up to a place for a doordash order i don’t expect everything to be dropped for my order. I wait patiently while nobody makes a single bit of eye contact with me or even asks me what order i’m there to pick up, so i patiently wait for an employees hands to be free and let them know i’m there for an order. The fact that i was told i need to be patient when i exercised nothing BUT patience in the face of yalls staffs poor service this morning was baffling, It would be impatient if I was like hey i got an order hey i got an order while they’re clearly doing something but i didn’t do that, I watched as they made coffees and made no attempt to say hello or ask what I was there for, and interjected only when they were clearly in between tasks. I’ll never come here for actual food. So many of these places in bluffton and HHI are staffed with absolutely poor attitudes and work ethics.

I do work for Dunkins all over the country. Stopped off the hwy just to grab a croissant stuffer. Never in my 6 yrs doing work at different Dunkins have I had to wait 22 mins from walking in to leaving for 1 stuffer that only requires warming up! I do not leave bad reviews hardly ever... but this was the worst service I have ever received. Took 7 to 10 mins just to take the order then another 10 to 15 mins for the stuffer. Worst part is the manager tried to make it sound like they're super busy and only having 1 station and 1 worker means they're slow. I've seen Boston Dunkins with 1 cook and 1 station make 2 to 4 sandwiches in a minute! Then the 1 cook was so busy making sandwiches for their friends who ordered after us... would never recommend this store unless you're friends with the staff, which they need more of btw...
We stopped in for a break on a road trip and ordered a couple drinks and hash browns. The hash browns smelled and tasted weird so we didn't eat them when we got back to our car.

First of all the cashiers didn't even acknowledge us for quite a while. My daughter ordered a Matcha latte and it took several minutes to get it and the thing was nothing but Ice. Terrible!!
