We stopped in for a break on a road trip and ordered a couple drinks and hash browns. It took almost 10 minutes to get our order and only after we ordered did they tell us they were out of ingredients for one of the drinks. The hash browns smelled and tasted weird so we didn't eat them when we got back to our car.

First of all the cashiers didn't even acknowledge us for quite a while. My daughter ordered a Matcha latte and it took several minutes to get it and the thing was nothing but Ice. Terrible!!

The workers were not very nice and kept on rolling their eyes. Also, I told the lady twice that i wanted lemonade in my mango pineapple refresher and she still put green tea in it. Overall, not a good experience at this Dunkin in Bluffton, Ohio.

I commend the employees that were there this morning but where is management? There were only 2 employees for the morning rush and one that was extremely new.. (he did good for being new) getting our order taken took about 10 mins and getting the food took another 15/20. They attempted to accommodate as well as they could but you can tell there lack of leadership help. Do not recommend if you're in a rush.
The most horrible coffee I’ve ever had How can you screw up black coffee? Dunkin Donuts quality varies so much depending on franchise. Poor management at corporate level for allowing that Donut horrible too Avoid this location
