We ordered a large Italian Sub cold with dressing on the side. When we got home and opened our sub it was drenched with dressing with a packet in the box. This was not the first time this has happened. The first time we said nothing. I tried calling that evening but they had already closed (we live out of town). I actually forgot to call on Sunday and called on Monday at 1:00 p.m. and the manager refused to make it right. She replied we should have called that evening or the next day. We have a call log showing we tried to call that evening. We have given the restaurant a lot of business but unfortunately that has ended. They are willing to loose a good customer over an $8.00 sub. Such a sad way to conduct business on good customers. This restaurant does not care about their loyal customers!!!

Ordered a 6 inch sub took 4 bites, no meat looked inside found 5 chunks( small) called and spoke with manager. She said it's by weight they put 1 oz on a chicken bacon ranch sub( i really don't think it was even a oz anyways). So she said if i want to actually get meat on my sub i need to order extra that's what other people do she said. I never have had anything like this at any other east of chicago. Crazy you need to order extra meat to get any on a sub. Don't waste your money on a sub clearly. But the pizza was great...
