we haven't been to Kira's Flipside Grill for awhile and thought we'd try it out. Needless to say, it was terrible. Our fries were very salty and I asked for honey mustard got ranch, waitress never refilled or asked if we wanted more to drink or even asked if our food was good or correct. We know they were busy but...she walked by our table 16+ times. We probably won't be going back for awhile. Poor service.

Not like it used to be when it was Luke's. Food was ok at best. We had a pizza it looked great but wasn't hot. I also had a 5.00 salad. Sad..... will probably not be back.

The best spot in Bluffton to grab drinks and some food. Their wings are to die for, especially the Jack Daniel’s sauce (which I think is homemade!). The service is on-par with most other restaurants, not outstanding but not bad either. All of my food and service has came out/been prompt despite being overly busy at times. The live music on Fridays brings a great atmosphere as well.

I gave a friend a ride to Bluffton and figured while I was there I'd get something to eat. I saw this place online and thought I'd give it a try. Nothing you read or see online could ever do this establishment justice. It must be experienced. The aesthetic of the place gives a nod to music lovers and the staff was certainly friendly and accommodating. And now let's talk about the food. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza and it blew my expectations away. It was loaded with tender steak and peppers and onions and drizzled with A1 and ranch. And to top off an already perfect meal I had six succulent smoked wings with garlic Parm sauce on the side per my request. To wash it down I went with one of their many local craft beers on draft. I can't recommend this place enough and I will be back. Many times.

45 mins wait for food and came out cold. The waitress did her best but she couldn't overcome the poor experience. Asked for 2 beers out of both finally said just bring me something. Table behind us ordered 3 different meals only to be told they were out of all of them. Sad

Came in with my boyfriend for lunch. Took forever (maybe 45 min) to get our sandwich and fries…my boyfriend then asked for a side of sauce for his sandwich and the server said she would grab it and has been almost avoiding us ever since. Surprised by the poor service as they aren’t very busy so I don’t understand what is going on here
