The food was very filling and our waitress was very nice and the place was clean.

The food is decent. They know how to actually cook eggs well. The home fries tend to be not cooked enough and have a slight crunch to them.
However, the service is what brings this place down. Unless you are a local and they know you they will sit you and forget you.
The finally brought me my drink less than 2 minutes before they brought out my food. Then I never saw the server again until she brought me my check. No refill, no asking to see how the food is or of I needed anything. Just poor customer service. When asked how everything was I was honest the server became extremely indignant. I didn't yell or cuss. I was honest . Won't be back to this location. I can't speak for the other locations however I would steer clear of the Bluffton location.
The local golf match had a rain delay so everyone had the same idea to go out for breakfast! It was packed and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They never appeared stressed or overwhelmed. GREAT food and even better SERVICE!

What a lovely treat to find this diner just five miles off the beaten trail (30) in this picturesque town of Bluffton Ohio! Lulu’s is not listed on IMAP - we just lucked out by asking friendly townspeople where a breakfast place might be. Brandy the waitress is a gem and the food delicious. We are RVing across the country and enjoy finding local breakfast diners - Lulu’s rates at the very top!
