Went inside to order, waited quite a while and someone finally came out and said they will be right back. After waiting a while longer left. Got in the car and drive through the drive through, only one car there. Order a coffee and two sausage Mcmuffin, no egg. Got right through no waiting I seen the guy that was in front of me inside so standing at the counter. Got on the freeway and grabbed a sandwich and it's a dry biscuit.

The manager at this place was rude and unprofessional. It’s the middle of lunch rush and the girl helping customers at the counter was getting yelled at by the manager. The manager rudely stated that people could stop being lazy and use the kiosk that’s what they’re there for. Well, I’m sorry my 80 year-old grandmother doesn’t want to use one of those. I’m not sure what the big deal was with the young girl at the counter trying to do a job. The manager definitely needs some corrective action on how to talk to people.
Stopped here on a road trip. We both had just a medium fry. They served one of us ice cold fries and the other fresh. I'm sorry if you're already making new ones maybe don't give someone ones that have been clearly sitting for 20+ minutes. Staff was rude since we came into the lobby. The lobby was not closed and we did not stay in it. Just grabbed our food and used the bathroom. We used the bathroom before of food was even done. Don't know what the staffs problem was normally do not have this type of issues at a McDonald's at 830PM.

Placed a mobile order at 10:22am as I was currently on my way to Bluffton. I was charged $16 for my meal, I arrived at the drive through at 10:31am and I was told that breakfast was over and I could only get my ice coffee. I explained to the drive through worker that I was charged $16 for this breakfast meal and I was only getting a coffee. The one female in the back of the window laughed and said that breakfast could not be made anymore. When I pulled up to the next window to get my coffee the worker said that there was a single hash brown remaining, I laughed and just asked for my coffee.
I’m unsure why breakfast can be order before the 10:30am deadline but can’t be prepared for someone picking it up.
Update 11/20/25
I have been charged the full amount of $16.58 for a single iced coffee and no refund has been started. Capital explained that it would take 50 days for an investigation to be started so I’m out the money until McDonald’s corrects their error.
