Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, normal mid level McDonald's food. The stools gave me pause though. What is the hole for?

9/13/25. Today we stopped at Mcdonalds in Bluffton OH for a quick lunch after a trip to Suter’s Farm. The dinning room was chaotic with people trying to order food, and people returning incorrect food orders. Our 2 order of a Happy meal were both wrong. We then ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget that took too long to receive. A glance into the kitchen while I reordered displayed quite a mess. Very disappointing.

Get off your phone teal blue phone case and collared shirt girl! Legit waited in line for 8 minutes to get my partner food for him, then, they gave me half the fries they should have, the younger woman was working her tail off, the other woman was standing in front of the window on her phone. Then I gave it to him, he was pissed because there was a lot lettuce on the burger, and gave HALF of the medium fries. Came back, fixed it and they gave me soggy overly salted fries and I’ve worked at a place like this, that was the bottom of the machine fries. Absolutely horrendous and wasted gas just driving back and forth. Don’t come here. Disrespectful people and tbh. I’m not stupid. This was screwed up and these people def don’t care about their jobs. Cannot believe I can’t even get my man food without them screwing it up or grabbing me OLD FRIES. Furthermore, “what did she expect, it’s a Big Mac”? Excuse me?????????!!!!?!?!?? THE APP SAID LIGHT LETTUCE. I don’t know if they realized that I could hear them. But I’m definitely not happy I had to drive back and forth just to give my fiance soggy fries and a half ass job. He was barely able to eat it because he didn’t half enough time anyway. I even tried the fries and they tasted horrible after they “corrected the order.” You can see for yourselves. Just commute to the one in Lima or Findlay. This is just crap. I felt horrible for my fiance. The pictures were taken by my fiance after I dropped the food off and left THEN HAD TO TURN AROUND AND COME BACK. Video was from me after he told me to take the fries home because he didn’t want them. And didn’t even fill the drink all the way, and barely any ice, yeah that’s exactly what my man wanted working in a hot environment.. For someone who wanted to do something nice for my fiance working a 16 hour shift, don’t go here.

I stopped at this McDonald's on my way to Monroe Michigan from Cincinnati. I ordered two sausage muffins to go. I had to wait just a couple minutes and boy was it worth the way. They were made fresh. They were hot and it made my trip to Michigan. All that much better. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean inside and out. What else can you ask for. Do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald's if you're ever traveling on i-75 in Ohio. You'll be glad you did

My husband and I stopped to this McDonald's after we left our daughter's house tonight. And after we get our food I took the fries back up to the counter because they were really gross. And the first manager that came to the counter asked me how she could help me and I said yes. I said I would like some fresh fries please. These taste really old. So she proceeds to say okay. Just one moment and then she goes back to doing whatever she was doing. Then the next have you set manager with blonde hair? Came back up to the counter after I already threw the fries and the trash and said how may I help you. Very rude and I said I would like fresh fries please. I had a medium and a small and they tasted disgusting. She goes well where's the fries and I said I already threw them away as she goes well. I need the fries and I'm like why after my 17 years and I worked at McDonald's never once. Did I ever ask anybody for their food back. So she said well I can't replace them then and I said well then that's not a very good restaurant and even the customer was standing behind me. Even told the manager while she just threw them in the trash because they were gross and she turned around and walked away. So I went and ordered more fries and in order to get fresh fries I ended up putting no salt as the ingredients of the fries in order to get fresh fries, and then when the smaller manager came back to the counter when the fries were done she threw it on the counter and said what my order number was and walked away. This restaurant is very very unprofessional and I do not not appreciate being treated like I'm trash. I do not just go up to the counter and expect different food than what I got because I do not do that. This is very unprofessional and I believe the family that owns this restaurant needs to look at their cameras to see what's going on in their restaurants especially on the evening shifts. We will not be patronizing this McDonald's ever again! Like I said I worked for McDonald's for 17 years before I could not work at the McDonald's that I worked at because of health problems. And like I said I would have never been that rude to customers. The heaviest set manager needs to learn more about respect and treating her customers fairly. Because when somebody else had a problem with their order just before we left she was all about helping them because they were the younger generation and it was all about them. Again, I do not appreciate being treated like I'm trash!!!!!

Floors were deathly slippery. Bathrooms were disgusting. No soap in bathroom. Hand sanitizers were empty. Touch screen ordering machine wouldn’t work. Ice machine wouldn’t work.

Waited over 30 minutes for a macchiato, when we went up to the counter to ask where it was a girl asked what I needed help with and when I explained that I was missing my drink, she said “I thought we already gave you that” I said “no not mine yet” and this girl walked away LOL. Then, when manager came to the counter close to 15 minutes later, I showed her my receipt and told her I was still missing the drink. Lemme show you guys what the manager handed to me when she made it. I explained that it didn’t look right and she genuinely told me this is how the drink is supposed to look. I just asked for a refund.
I get that you guys are in a rush but it would’ve been more worth it to get my order right the first or second time. P.s workers will openly be eating food without gloves for lobby customers to see

Got all them workers but have to pull every car. I've been coming through the drive thru for two months now literally once a day sometimes twice I've only not been pulled one time it's ridiculous and this is no bs ONE TIME. What happened to speed of service? I'm a quick service restaurant manager and y'all are just terrible. If there was more restaurants in Bluffton I'd def not eat here. Step your game up it's embarrassing
