Stopped here on a road trip. We both had just a medium fry. They served one of us ice cold fries and the other fresh. I'm sorry if you're already making new ones maybe don't give someone ones that have been clearly sitting for 20+ minutes. Staff was rude since we came into the lobby. The lobby was not closed and we did not stay in it. Just grabbed our food and used the bathroom. We used the bathroom before of food was even done. Don't know what the staffs problem...
I was traveling home from Michigan and stopped at McDonald's in Bluffton off 75. Drive thru was quick and easy. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Stop by when you're traveling.
I stopped at this McDonald's on my way to Monroe Michigan from Cincinnati. I ordered two sausage muffins to go. I had to wait just a couple minutes and boy was it worth the way. They were made fresh. They were hot and it made my trip to Michigan. All that much better. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean inside and out. What else can you ask for. Do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald's if you're ever traveling...
