I ordered yesterday and I got the wrong thing but I went back and got it fix but today I went back and ordered some more food after I got off work and again they didn’t get it right all I wanted was a chicken grilled cheese burrito but instead I got beef in it if this ever happens again I’m gonna to sue bc this is the 15th time this has happened just this year and I don’t even want to say how many times it happened last year and also they keep forgetting to put my sauces in my bag is it that hard if I was the manager I would have already fired everybody bc this is just bad management and I’m a manager myself at a factory and if this must stupid stuff keep happening at my place then I’d fire them

Placed an online order at 9:00 a.m.. I was then told at the drive-thru that someone overslept and they did not have food prepared. I went back at 10:30 to pick up my order and they informed me that breakfast was not being served today. They asked me if I knew how to cancel my order online, which is usually quite simple. However, they processed the order and charged my card anyway, making me unable to cancel the order. Now I'm out the money for the order, and the reward I used for a free taco. I asked them how to resolve this issue and they simply told me to get a hold of corporate. I've had multiple accuracy issues with this location, and their menu is more expensive than other area. Taco Bells. You're better off going to Wendy's , McDonald's, or Arby's.

This is the most expensive bell in northwest Ohio... not sure but it is more than Findlay. The food is always great and the service is fast. Staff is friendly and helpful when asked questions.Vegetarian options: Black bean burrito is great.
Went through drive thru today at 4:45 pm. I ordered the burrito supreme combo with Crunchy taco supreme and large pepsi. Added 2 cheese roll ups and a burrito.After getting food I notice they did not give me the taco supreme. Got back in drive thru lane and waited patiently. When I got to window I explained what was missing. Then the attitudes started. Another lady tossed a bag at me and said have a good day. After looking at what she through, it was a soft taco. I waited paitiently, a guy opened window and I stated I had ordered a crunchy taco supreme and she gave me soft. He later came back and said here is your crunchy supreme have a good day but in a snarky tone.My issue is why are they so rude when they are the ones messing up the orders??. Such a shame that they act like entitles little children here at this location.They need training. They don't know what ingredients go on burrito supreme. They only use beans lettuce and tomato..

We just left less than 10 minutes ago but I have to brag about the service and quality of the food. Before we get home.We had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager, Matthew. I told my man before we even got our food that you could tell he was a top notch quality manager. We chatted about different towns in ohio for a couple minutes. Everyone deserves a manager/boss with that type of ease and professionalism. 111*'s to Matthew. Glad we got to meet you today.The food was so fresh and fast, my shell had the perfect warm crunch, juicy beef, cold and crisp af lettuce, and cheese that never got to melt.The rice and beans and potato things with nacho cheese tasted better than other stores. Like, the rice was cooked perfectly (I've been getting Goldilocks rice that's either hard in the middle or so over cooked the grain bursted a lot lately).This might sound weird to you but I can tell that they clean their soda machines really really well regularly(I also happen to clean one a few times a week and you can tell when lazy people do it or when it isn't done regularly).The entire establishment was SO clean. I'm glad the one we were going to go to was closed and we came here.Also, they're hiring!Parking: When Google maps says turn right, it's like.. 2 more down. Lol look at taco bell and use that road that goes to it. Not the firework shop.

Just went through the drive through about half hour ago and didn't have the best experience. A guy was trying to take my order and another worker in the background was yelling at everyone and I heard it all through their head sets over the drive through speaker. First you don't need to yell at others and secondly you don't need to interrupt someone trying to take my order mid yelling at others. I want to talk to one person to order not two or three. Do better.

I SAID NO LETTUCE! TWICE! We ordered chili cheese burritos, Instead of telling us that they do not serve those at the location that we are at he plainly just didn't say anything. We go over our order on the monitor and lo and behold no chili cheese burritos we asked about it he said... We don't sell those here. Pay for my food and the lady said have a blessed day... I was already having a horrible day so how dare she tried to make it better, that infuriated me more. Get my food and don't you know LETTUCE all over everything. Don't go here everyone is racist... Because we are white.
