This was the worst salad I ever had! There was egg in it that was mushy and the core of the lettuce was thrown in the salad and never cut up! Gross won't go back there again!

The service was slow they forgot to make my order I had to go inside to get them to make my order. Very unhappy with the service, will not go back. March 9th at 8:00 so you know who was working. I got a Dave single and a small chocolate Frosty. Very sad with the turn of events. Just to be clear it was the drive-thru.

I was the only person in the drive thru, spent almost 40 bucks on food. Ordered a Baconator, not one piece of bacon. Ordered a #1 with only cheese mustard and ketchup. Sandwich came with so much mayonnaise that I had the throw the top bun away. Also all my food was cold. And I live 10 min away. Fries burnt and like dust. Every time I come to this location, my food is trash. What a waste of money

I ordered a sausage biscuit. The sausage was overcooked and dry. The biscuit was dry as well and completely crumbled. French toast sticks and potatoes were good.
Good standard experience I have come to expect. Quick, good quality, kind service. Did not dine in so no atmosphere rating.

Stopped for lunch in December. The staff were very friendly, checking in on us and making conversation with us. Our order was fast and accurate. The bathrooms and dining room were immaculate. We highly recommend!

We witnessed the whole kitchen melting down. The manager was yelling at everybody and we never got to order. We waited in line for 15 minutes. When it was our turn, the kitchen completely stopped and said they were not taking anymore orders.

Absolutely ridiculous when 6 cars not one not two, SIX!!! Went left with their food and still waiting 30 minutes later!! Then they bring out food to another car and was omg i am so sorry what food did you have again. I told them to then to only bring out my sons and not even mine!! This is absolutely ridiculous! Bluffton Wendys is a joke.
