Food was enjoyable and our immediate table host was good. But it did take them over 20 minutes to sest us despite having almost 1/2 the restaurant tables empty. Bot sure if they were understaffed or something but it did not look good to the many groups waiting to be seated. In the 20 minutes we waited, 4 groups left several complaining about why they are not being sested when 1/2 the booths were empty.

I stopped in recently to grab a quick dinner after finishing up some holiday shopping, (after I take care of everyone else, I like to be waited on.) I had my favorite southwest chicken wrap, but the best part was the service. My server was Mark and he was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and ready with my extra ranch and my iced tea refills. I will definitely be back!

I asked to be far from the door(cold) He sat me right next to it. The waitress laughed at us for moving to another table that was dirty and there were 3 people in the whole place other than us. My soup was cold and my chicken parm was flavorless and sauceless. I asked for more sauce and she gave me a ketchup cup. I will never go back!

I wasn't going to write this but I cannot get it off my mind. My wife and I ate In your establishment the other night, and when I went to use your restroom, I was waiting for the stall when a gentleman by the name of Mark (I seen it on his name tag) came out of the stall before me. While he was in there and I was waiting, I heard him in there snorting something. When he came out and I went in, there was a baggie with a white substance in it floating in the toilet. He must have tried to flush it but it didn't go down. You should not have someone like that working for the public. My wife and I come there fairly often, and I think if I come in there again and see him working, I'm going straight to corporate.

We arrived and was about to be seated when someone came and said we would have to wait 25-30 minutes as the screen in kitchen was full. There were a lot of empty seats but we waited. After about 30+ minutes we got seated. When the waitress came we gave our drink order and placed our food order at the same time. It well over and hour before we got our food. We did have 7 in our party but have been there several times before without any issues. I ordered half rack of ribs that I couldn’t eat because they were too tough (not fall off the bone as advertised). This was a really disappointing experience and probably not go back.
Friends and I were there for a get together on Thanksgiving Eve. Everything was fantastic. We were welcomed immediately and set at our table within minutes.
The food was EXCELLENT and prices were very reasonable. The service was just as excellent ~~ our waitress Meghan was very accommodating and personable.

I've been going to Applebee's since I was young and have never heard the things that I just heard tonight. This specific location has got to be the absolute worst. I did an online order picked it up and the food was cold Karma had to wait for somebody to decide to show up because nobody was around, then I open up the sandwiches which happened to be Clubhouse grills and none of the condiments were on them and none of the extra condiments that I asked for were included. When we went back in and asked about it they said they 86ed it because it wasn't recommended? What does that even mean? Whoever owns this franchise location needs to step up your management
