Had a horrible experience from the 10 minute wait to be seated while the host sat on his phone, To the server SAM bringing our food to the table without taking into consideration the small specification for my mother's meal. Sam was also very rude when we politely expressed our disgust for the food. My mom asked for her blackened salmon to not have the blackened seasoning on it. The salmon came out almost as blackened as my pants. My husband and I ordered the 4 cheese Mac and honey pepper chicken. Our Mac had no cheese. We received a very soupy cream sauce over our penne noodles. I was very much aggravated as I watched another family come in and wait to be seated because the host went back to his phone and told them he didn't see them there. Our server SAM was then very rude as he quickly threw the receipt back on our table.

The bathroom on the woman’s side was very dirty. There was no toilet paper in my area. There are 2 sinks one was full of water (not draining for some time) and moldy looking. Floors were filthy. They need more workers. Food took forever not worth it.

every single person at our table (4) had received waters with a lemon that is clearly brown & old. i took it out of my drink & purposely set it on the table for the server to see & she picked it up & just placed it right back down. whole time we were there they played horrendous music that sounded like it should’ve been played in a non-american food restaurant. made my ears bleed. overall, horrible experience & won’t be back.

Waited 45 minutes to get my beer I ordered, the food came first before my drink. The bartender was no where to be found and another person's drink at my table was made completely wrong. Food was mediocre and I had coupons for free kids meal, the server took all three but only took two off the bill.

Used to love their takeout until my husband found a white 5-6 inch length by 1 inch width flimsy strip of plastic in his mashed potatoes. Possibly a bag? I watched him pull this long strip from his mouth. I called the manager as this is a severe choking hazard, not to mention disgusting. They offered a $25 gift card, which I declined, as I will NEVER eat there again

4 for lunch 1/2 a sandwich and cup of soup no drinks 3 burgers. $50. Burgers were ok mine was over done but I expected it would be. It was lunch time at 12:40 when we were seated. It was more than 40 min to get our food. There were maybe 4 tables with 2 to 4 people present besides us. I avoid this chain and after today I see no reason to change that custom

I'm a single mom, so when I say we rarely go to sit down restaurants, I absolutely mean it. My oldest daughter suggested Applebee's. I said sure! We love their food and prices. Well, tonight, it took our server 10 minutes to greet us, after we were sat. Keep in mind, there were MAYBE only 6 other tables that had people sitting at them. She was a very awkward server. Her name was Aqaz Jeah. She never introduced herself. I had to look at the receipt. She took our drink order and we said we'd like to order our food, as well. After we did tell her our drinks, she started walking away. I said we're ready to order. She's like, oh ya! I had told her I wanted a breaded chicken sandwich. She came back 10 MINS LATER to ask me if I wanted grilled. I told her I wanted breaded. So my youngest pointed out that they haven't even started our food. Our food took 30 minutes to come out to us. And not one of our meals was delivered by our server. My kids' food was done perfectly. They both loved their meals. I loved my meal, too, but it was too crispy and hurt my teeth biting into it. She took forever, again, to bring us our check. Overall, we were in there for about an hour or more. Very unacceptable!! If we had a different server, I'd highly recommend this place, but she basically ruined our night out, that we rarely get.
