The food here was good, if not amazing. The service was also good, and the managers were quick to step in when a customer was unhappy about their drinks. Even when my waitress was not available, the server who brought out the food was kind enough to refill our drinks as well.

Went there was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated and couldn't even be seated where we wanted to be seated which was further away from the door but they insisted on seating us by the door the server then got an attitude about us asking to be moved away from the door so we left.

I took My Man out too Applebee's yesterday March 9th 2024 for his Pre_Birthday weekend and My Son came with us,Me and My Man got Entrees 2 for $35 they give you alot of food for your money I got Chicken Alfredo it was delicious and my Man got Baby Back Ribs and Fries he said it was delicious our waitress Ms Candance was very nice and polite great worker and the Atmosphere was great I will be going back again ?

Came in around 4 pm yesterday. (3/6/24). No hostess to seat us. Waited ten minutes. Saw servers about. No one serving in bar area. Had a cane, knocked on station for attention. Nothing. Another two customers came in to eat. After ten minutes, gave up and left. Went to another restaurant and had excellent service and enjoyed our early dinner. Where are these people. No hostess and not even a server in bar area to get attention. Servers were about but totally ignored customers in waiting. So disappointed!!!

In response to owner: keep your automatic system apologize, your place is TRASHPLEASE heed my warning. Do not go here!! I dont know who is giving this place more than 1 star, but this place is TRASH. Waited 30 minutes for our drinks, watched them melt at the bar while other servers just stood there. Food was absolutely disgusting. I was appalled at the quality. Me nor my kid ate our food. Server was super sweet, but unfortunately got overloaded with tables while other servers did nothing. Was supposed to have a kids meal free, wasnt taken off, ticket prices did not match menu prices. Over $100 for 2 adults and a kid! I dont know if an actual human being reads this reviews but get your self together or this place wont last another year. Place had maybe 10 tables total and 2 of them walked out. Embarrassing.
