BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This was our second visit tonight. Our first was great and that’s what brought us back. Now we’re rethinking the next. The food wasn’t very good tonight. They were out of the sampler appetizer so we tried the spin dip. I think the owner needs to sit down and taste that. Maybe walk over to chilis and taste theirs. What we got was questionable and slightly cold. The ribeye was cooked on a dirty grill and had ZERO seasoning. All I tasted was the grill and the marks that it left on my plate were definite signs. The service was great, but the kitchen manager needs to step it up.

Servers distracted talking with customers while way too busy. No drink order for over 10 minutes

Dalton did a great job serving our large. There were a few times that he got a bit frustrated and our group commented amongst ourselves about that. Overall, nice experience.

Food is always amazing, and service is great. BJ's is always a go-to for a quick date night

THE BEST BJ I HAVE EATEN AT, EXCELLENT FOOD, SERVICE FROM OUR WITNESSEE HANNAH, ESPECIALLY 5 STARS, SUPER ATTENTIVE AND IT WAS VERY LATE AND SHE SERVED US WITHOUT HURRYING, THANKS THAT THIS BJ KEEPS HIS SCHEDULE, MY WIFE AND I WERE ABLE TO EAT, 5 STARS FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM, I RECOMMEND THEM 100%

Nice place to stop for a bite to eat if your in boardman, Ohio. Friendly service, place was clean, food was good! Full bar with lots of TVs for entertainment. Outdoor seating area with plenty of space!

Been here twice going and coming back from Pigeon Forge. Food and service is fabulous! Highly recommend and will be back.

Our large great white pizza was delicious. We topped it off with a chocolate chip pizuki to make our meal complete. Our server. Kelsie was outstanding.

Let me tell you this place is crap!!! The delivery guy was 45 min. late didn’t speak no English at all!!! The hamburgers were BURNT to a crisp!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I asked to speak with the general manger and he allowed me to stand there for 45 minutes before he even appeared from the back and went to speak to a employee first I think hoping that I would leave instead of sitting there waiting. Seriously if this is how your management is here I will never come back to this establishment

Didn’t feel like waiting to talk to a manager considering how long it took to get our food. The adults food came out warmed and my daughter’s shrimp scampi was the only thing hot. We were told that’s what we were waiting on but it came out first, shrimp and pasta have to be the shortest cooking time compared to chicken sandwich? Sauces came out as if they were sitting under the hot lamp forever and fries were 100% reheated. $80 bill for what?

Had cheddar broccoli 🥦 soup it was super cold. I ordered the fried chicken instead and it was so good,that gravy,yummy! The reason I rated it a 1 was the odor. It smelled so bad like sewage and it was dark. We went at 930 pm. Probably won't go back!!
