Very slow staff, hostess was nowhere to be found for almost ten minutes before seeing us and coming over. Plenty of empty booths but stated only bar seating, okay, bar seatings are horrible. The chairs are hard hold chairs with no support, food is overpriced freezer burnt food. Not worth the price or hassle.

I go to this location almost weekly when I'm finished up at work. Sometimes with my fiancé and we sit at the bar and sometimes with my daughter and sit in the restaurant. Everytime, we get fantastic service and sometimes even a follow up with the manager on the floor to ensure we are doing ok. Food is always prepared the same, fresh and delicious. Service is top notch and consistent. I wish I could remember the names of the manger and bartender that we always see to give them an extra shout out, but hopefully you will know who they are!

When we arrived at 4:00 pm we were seated right away I asked if we could have a booth and we were told no because of a shift change in a half hour. We had our granddaughter with us so it’s easier in a booth. Lots of booths open. It was a flat out no. We ordered appetizers and our waitress was wonderful. Her third day there. When she came back to check on our food I told her that the onion rings were fried so hard you couldn’t bite into them. I told her my asparagus was cooked so hard they were dry and were soaked in a spicy rub that I couldn’t eat them. Told her my chicken was so tough I couldn’t eat it. The other food my table got was good but one was a burger and the other two were salads. The managers refused to come to the table and took the onion rings off the bill and 5.00 off of my 22.00 chicken dish. My bill was 142.00. It’s not like I ate it all and then said I didht like it. I left hungry. My point is, where is customer service? Two managers were told and would not come to the table. Never again will we dine there!

Our waiter made our night. Chewy, will definitely keep us coming back.

My burger was undercooked.ive had better burger at McDonald's... Won't be back to eat here.

The food is delicious. And we didn't wait for seating.
It is a sports bar. But big and nice . U can watch your favorite game

BJs accommodated my family party of 20+ with ease. Drinks were great, food was good and the overall atmosphere was comfortable.

Sat. April 5- appetizer of Tavern cut Classic pizza was dried up and flavorless. So were the boneless wings. Tried to order an Entree salad - was told the salad person did not come in - they only had pre-made side salads. Tried to order chicken parm- was told no pasta. Ordered the parm crusted chicken with a side or marinara. Chicken dried up and the sauce was ice cold. Absolutely horrible experience.

Reservation was not ready when we got there. We received some food but did not get silverware to eat until about 15 minutes after. Server was relatively absent and we had difficulty ordering more food and we ended up getting it for free because we were ignored for so long. Food was decent, but did not come as advertised.

THEY SERVED US BURNED BLACK TRASH PRIME RIB. 30 MINUTES AFTER SENDING IT BACK THEY BROUGHT THEM BACK OUT AND SAID THEY RAN OUT OF PRIME RIB. LIES, THE MANAGER FORGOT TO STOCK IT. SO WE CHOSE RIBEYES. 45 MIN LATER NO STEAK. WE LEFT HUNGRY. THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS COMPLAINING. THE MANAGER WAS TOTALLY WORTHLESS AND BEYOND IGNORANT.

Very bad experience. Hard time paying our tab at bar to go to our table then we went to order at 7pm and they are already out of chicken parm then they tell us they are out of sirloin upgrade to ribeye. 45 minutes we don't have food. They try to charge for ribeye

Our reservations were for 6:00. We weren't seated until 6:45. They were out of sirloin, out of pork chops, out of baked potatoes. It was kind of disappointing.

Our waiter sucked his service was terrible and continued to take on more tables than he could handle he would tell us he’d be right back with our food drinks ect it would take him at least 30 minutes for him to come back and say he’d be right back was super disappointed with this service was gonna order dessert but to afraid it’d arrive cold like my boyfriends food guess we should of went to the Canton one instead
