This place has the worse customer service available. If you take a look inside you’ll see what I’m talking about. You’ll see nothing but careless individuals, who half fast there job. Which makes sense why there at Burger King. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and the manager was absolutely no help. Way to go Burger King hiring low class people.
I ordered 3 burgers plain and this is how they turned out. Completely burned and not to mention it took them over 10 minutes to receive my order and this is what I got.

Well they microwave the burgers, and it always takes forever to get an order no matter how big or small..they made me pull forward several times to wait while they were serving bigger orders to the cars behind me... that is my experience with this burger king

I go to this location a lot as I work in the plaza across the street. The staff are all very kind and positive. They even know my name, and that I get ketchup in my bag before I even show up! It’s nice to have a positive place to get my lunch from. It’s also very clean and well ran. The best BK in the area!

They ran out of coke but improvised by running out to the local store to buy enough for the customers. Orders were put out correctly and in a timely manner. The dining room and kitchen were clean. Good cohesion between employees, humor, and laughter in the kitchen seemed to deescalate any stress. Located in close proximity to Mill Creek Park, hiking trails, golf courses, and several popular retail stores. Overall, I was happy with my order.
