If I could give them a zero I would. My 1-year-old and I stopped in today with a friend and her kids. The AC was broken in the play zone and they didn't even have the doors propped open to allow any air flow to keep the kids cool while they played. The floor was disgustingly sticky and it took us multiple times of telling them about it and they still did nothing. The high chairs were disgustingly sticky as well. Another couple had their grandchildren with them and the little girl slipped on the floor and fell. None of the employees came out to check and see if she was okay or anything and then they started getting upset at us for confronting them about the issues. They were very unprofessional and uncaring. The manager on duty even used foul language when I confronted him about their not checking to see if the little girl was okay. They just kept trying to make excuses for their behavior and lack of professionalism. I will definitely not be returning to this location in the future. And I don't recommend anyone going there either.

By far the most absolute worst experience one could ever experience in your life .. just absolutely pitiful terrible and disgusting the employees here have no idea what the word common sense or customer service means ... The crew members here have absolutely no respect for the public for the customers that choose to come here. And if I could have recorded this experience to demonstrate the level of disgust and in human service that they tried to provide here it would blow your mind..

Taking orders on the app when you decide to open 3 hours late without having the decency to maybe call or email the people who have placed orders to let them know is bad business. It would be nice to show just an ounce of courtesy to paying customers
