Well they microwave the burgers, and it always takes forever to get an order no matter how big or small..they made me pull forward several times to wait while they were serving bigger orders to the cars behind me... that is my experience with this burger king

I go to this location a lot as I work in the plaza across the street. The staff are all very kind and positive. They even know my name, and that I get ketchup in my bag before I even show up! It’s nice to have a positive place to get my lunch from. It’s also very clean and well ran. The best BK in the area!

They ran out of coke but improvised by running out to the local store to buy enough for the customers. Orders were put out correctly and in a timely manner. The dining room and kitchen were clean. Good cohesion between employees, humor, and laughter in the kitchen seemed to deescalate any stress. Located in close proximity to Mill Creek Park, hiking trails, golf courses, and several popular retail stores.Overall, I was happy with my order.

You cannot walk in, order food and pay cash. Their wall menu is gone. The registers are disabled. You have to use their ordering kiosk and use a bank card. I went elsewhere and will not ever return.

Such a friendly staff . And they even explained how to order the right item on the app to save me money. They were friendly and efficient . My order was correct and the restaurant was very clean. Thumbs up!!

This store is the epitome of corporate management. Below minimum staff to function and im sure way underpaid. Long wait for overpriced garbage. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Burger King clearly could care less.

Boardman, Ohio location…sucks! Did two mobile orders and only got one. They said they couldn’t see the other order. I brought up the app and pulled my bank info up and showed the amount that had been charged. Manager Tierra stood and argued with us and refused to give us the order. No wonder they are going out of business with employees who don’t care and are RUDE!!!
