Cafe India has only gotten better! We came right at the end of the lunch rush after an appointment and were there a tad past lunch closing and were treated to rice pudding and a mango lassi for our little one. Our waiter was extremely patient and told us not to rush at all. I enjoyed the chicken saag (the best from cleveland to pittsburgh i’ve found) garlic naan and the husband had the lamb curry. It’s super tender and flavorful and delicious. Our daughter had the noodle, chicken and veg stir fry, she loved it! Worth the drive every time for us! Thanks for accommodating Cafe India staff!

We regularly go to the weekend buffet at Cafe India (currently available Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM-3PM) and always have a great experience. Cafe India’s food is amazing in general, but the buffet offers the opportunity to try a little of everything, and as an Indian food lover, this is exactly my speed. Not many Indian restaurants around Youngstown have the selection this buffet offers, and many stopped buffets all together after COVID. The buffet price is extremely reasonable (less than $15 for whatever you care to eat), as are the prices for their menu items in general, especially for their quality and portion size. Service is phenomenal and several of the staff have made it a point to chat with us now that we are “regulars.” If you are looking for suggestions, I highly recommend the Saag Paneer (or Saag Aloo if you prefer potatoes), the vegetarian samosas, Butter Paneer, and their Veggie Korma. The meat dishes I’ve had are also good, I just prefer the vegetarian options (my spouse is vegetarian and it makes it easier to share). If you like chai, be sure to try the Masala Tea! By far one of our favorite restaurants in the area!

I am happy to have such an amazing restaurant with delicious food and so many options around the local area. Cauliflower Manchurian, drums of heaven, chilly chicken are my favorite. The dish doesn’t end there. Chilly momo, butter chicken, alo gobhi, paneer chilly also caught my eye on. Hence, I recommend my friends to come and try it at least once. You will be super happy to find out such an amazing restaurant with so many tasty food. There are vegetarian items as well as halal too that makes easier to choose.
