We had six of us for a birthday celebration. Our waitres Trinity was excellent, our drinks were never empty she kept the refills coming. The prices are much better than other places in the Boardman area and the food quality is just as good.
Well we come in to get a seat at the boardman store and and sit at the booth that was empty and the blond hostess told us to she had to clean the table. So we waited and waited. She kept pissing around. Then a nice dark haired hostess showed up and I said to go a head and sit. So my birch is with the Blond hostess. It's Tuesday 18th. 7pm. The waitress was great.

Update on 11/9/2024 Had a gift card so I decided to try takeout. Big mistake! They don't offer curbside, but I can live with that. Ah order that I placed an hour prior to arrival was not ready them I arrived. Then I was made to wait 15 minutes while they put it together in between answering phones, etc. The bottom line is that they're not set up for takeout. It's a shame because they're missing out on this revenue stream. Instead, it seems to be viewed as an inconvenience. R.I.P. Chili's. You had a good run.
The food here is always good. I had to mark them down this time because the service was horrible. We didn't see our waitress for half an hour and sat with no napkins and empty beverage glasses. Very disappointed.

I tried both flavors od the new cheese sticks. They were disgusting and had to throw them out. For 14.00 they should ha e been better. I love Chili's but those cheese sticks were a let down. Update: My husband talked to the store manager. He said he was going to send us a giftcard. It's been over 3 week's and no gift card ever came. So, they lied. Bad customer service.
Had a great meal here for my husband and I date night.. Our food was amazing and the table service was great. Jordan was our server she was amazing..
We'll definitely be back next time

Ordered 2 chicken bacon quesadilla, both were over cooked and did not receive sour cream or Pico. Ordered chips and salsa, 1/3 of a cup for the all the chips. We also Ordered a quesadilla salad which comes with the smallest amount if dressing and another small dressing for a 1$. REALLY. And the quesadilla that can with the salad was also over cooked. A bowl of potato soup was less that a cup. We paid 60 for a meal that I would not order again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very poor service walking in the door, very long time to be seated, food, and barely got 1 refill. Ordered The bacon rancher burger came to the table with raw bacon sitting on top and in the middle.

So we went in and asked if there wait . They said 20 minutes. We asked if the bar area had a wait . Those hostess said that area was open seating. We went and sat down at a booth. The waitress came and took the old plates off the table, and said I’ll be right back. Then this guy comes over that I assume was a manager of some sort with glasses and brown hair. He said this table if taken. I responded the hostess just told I it was open seating and he replied well it is sometimes, which made no sense cause we a frequent customers and don’t know how it is sometimes. It is or isn’t. The we had to get up and he gave the table to a couple that arrived at the same time as us . We I pressed him on the issue, he could not give and answer on the policy ,,only could say it won’t be long I get you another table . I even questioned do you work here , cause he really couldn’t explain anything.
