This place went above their standards tonight for me and my daughter. I ordered the 3 for me with steak broccoli and mashed potatoes. As I was eating a piece of steak got stuck in my throat. The general manager Brandon after the server got his attention saved my life tonight. I will be back there soon. Thank you to the staff especially the server who was sweet and Brandon for saving my life.

Have been there a bunch, food, especially the burgers have been awesome every time, drinks are great and service is always on point. The wife and I go there all the time and rarely have we had a bad experience, even so it gets corrected.

We had six of us for a birthday celebration. Our waitres Trinity was excellent, our drinks were never empty she kept the refills coming. The prices are much better than other places in the Boardman area and the food quality is just as good.
Well we come in to get a seat at the boardman store and and sit at the booth that was empty and the blond hostess told us to she had to clean the table. So we waited and waited. She kept pissing around. Then a nice dark haired hostess showed up and I said to go a head and sit. So my birch is with the Blond hostess. It's Tuesday 18th. 7pm. The waitress was great.
Chicken crispers are pretty good with the buffalo ranch sauce. Food came out hot and fresh. A little bit of a wait but it was a Friday night.

Update on 11/9/2024 Had a gift card so I decided to try takeout. Big mistake! They don't offer curbside, but I can live with that. Ah order that I placed an hour prior to arrival was not ready them I arrived. Then I was made to wait 15 minutes while they put it together in between answering phones, etc. The bottom line is that they're not set up for takeout. It's a shame because they're missing out on this revenue stream. Instead, it seems to be viewed as an inconvenience. R.I.P. Chili's. You had a good run.
The food here is always good. I had to mark them down this time because the service was horrible. We didn't see our waitress for half an hour and sat with no napkins and empty beverage glasses. Very disappointed.

I tried both flavors od the new cheese sticks. They were disgusting and had to throw them out. For 14.00 they should ha e been better. I love Chili's but those cheese sticks were a let down. Update: My husband talked to the store manager. He said he was going to send us a giftcard. It's been over 3 week's and no gift card ever came. So, they lied. Bad customer service.
