Food good as always tables are getting a little close together. I don't mind waiting a Lil extra time as long as I got some room behind my seat.

Not going to this Chili's again. We love Chili's even though it's an hour and a half drive for us. Horrible experience at Boardman OH. We tried calling for reservations but they are first come first serve on the weekend so we checked in at 4:35 anticipating that our 9 person party would have to wait. They told us 45 minutes which we were perfectly fine with and understood but when it became 6:00 and we watched multiple other same sized groups walk past us we began to get frustrated. We then told the hostess that we would split our group into 2 tables near each other if it meant we could eat. Our 4 and 7 year old were getting hungry. Finally at 6:20 we were seated. So our 45 minute wait was actually a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. This tells you how much we love Chili's to stay. Then when we say down to see two movable tables near us empty. Then not 10 minutes later they arranged the tables so another group of 9 could sit down. Seriously we wait almost 2 hours and split our group to watch other large group be seated and accommodated better than us. Also these groups were adults not ones with young children. As a gesture the manager gave us chips and salsa which was nice but we we already had online coupons for that so it wasn't special. Our waiter was kind but very busy. There wasn't enough straws, silverware, no crayons for the kids and one table had 2 salts while the other had nothing. Food was okay, my son said the fries were hot but his chicken sandwich was not. Definitely not worth the almost 2 hour wait. Very disappointing.

Great food and service. Me and my girlfriend don't get out much because she is scared of the bird flu. I always tell her birds fly all the time but anyways, whenever we go to chilis we have a good time with them triple dippers ; that's for sure.

Went with friends and kids and an older lady yelled at our kids and was not told by staff to not do that etc yelled so loud the whole restaurant got quiet when I asked was everything okay she even got loud with me and started screaming at me and the manager was going to call the police on us very uncalled for need better staffing

Bottomless chips and salsa are a must and I suggest to add a side of ranch which sounds weird but is great with the chips. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and previously I had the Alec's Santa Fe burger which was also great. The chicken sandwiches are very good and my daughter approved of the fries and chicken tenders so picky eaters will be happy here!

I started off here with the appetizer mozzarella sticks. Very good appetizer option and good quality very delicious and good amount of sticks for the price. For the main course I ordered fries and a bacon burger also did not dissapoint all round good place to go for lunch. Also, the chicken tenders were very crispy and flavorful. The service was very polite and checked on us often throughout our meal. The worst of the lunch was the obnoxiously loud music had to talk a little loud for anyone to hear.

Food was good and plentiful. One grandson loved his boneless wings, the other would not even finish his steak. He said it was tough and flavorless. My burger was juicy and delicious and my granddaughter's chicken strips were phenomenal. And then there was the chocolate lava cake dessert......amazing!
Today I dined at this location with a large group mostly comprised of adults with disabilities. I must say I was blown away by how accommodating the staff was once we arrived. Shannon in particular, our waitress deserves high praise. She tended to the needs of our large party, was patient with everyone, and knew what we needed before we asked. It was great.

This place went above their standards tonight for me and my daughter. I ordered the 3 for me with steak broccoli and mashed potatoes. As I was eating a piece of steak got stuck in my throat. The general manager Brandon after the server got his attention saved my life tonight. I will be back there soon. Thank you to the staff especially the server who was sweet and Brandon for saving my life.
