Chipotle Mexican Grill

Literally stood in line for 20min while only one girl was on the line plus one cashier, yet there were plenty of other employees either talking amongst each other or “sweeping.” Not sure if the lady with arm tattoos and red hair is the manager but she wasn’t managing anything at all.

Cashier named Sharon was extremely rude nasty uncalled for attitude! Avoid at all cost! Service was sad worst chipotle of them all. First she got mad because of when I scanned my app for rewards during checkout then proceeds to slam my fountain cup on the counter. Unprofessional. Disappointing.

The workers need to slow down, when it comes to elderly people, they rush you !

I go to this location 1-2 times a week. Today I went, as usual, for lunch. I'm disappointed in my meal today. I ordered tacos. The rice was over cooked and sticky, no tomato salsa, and the guacamole was bland. Idk what happened but this wasn't good.

I placed a mobile order. Got to there 5 minutes after my pick up time and the food wasn't ready. So I waited, and waited, and waited, 30 minutes past my pick up time. I asked if it was ready and they just started making it. 37 minutes past the pick up time it was done. I had ordered it for my lunch and was almost late to work. They were unapologetic and not super busy. They had one person on take out and 6 on the line for walk ins. I hope that they figure out a balance because that was not okay. Other people were also upset about their mobile orders as well. I don't mind waiting a little bit after my pick up time. But almost 40 minutes is a lot. Next time I order I'll stand in line because they were being taken care of faster.

The food I did get was made correctly, hot, and delicious.

6 dine in customers patiently waited for more than 10 minutes while FOUR employees work on online and Togo orders and dine in had ONE employee working the line🤔 management needs to reassess how they place employees for work flow.

Horrible service, nothing was stocked although they were busy I usually understand but the service was terrible. They told me they were out of cheese, corn, and rice yet had just stocked it for the girl behind me. Paid over $17 for two bowls with just chicken and lettuce. This location is so unreliable and rude. Never coming back. I don’t know how a business like this is still running. Nothing but awful things to say.

They are always 6 people short. The wait is over 17 minutes for fast food. Store is always filthy.

got a huge hard rubber avacado in my bowl!!!! asked for guacamole 🥰

Had one employee making all the food during dinner rush. Employees arguing with each other and customers. Guy making the food was acting like he’s running the line in a Michelin restaurant.

If you’re thinking about ordering for take out…don’t. The employees couldn’t care less if your order is right. Order a taco and get the hardest grilled shell you’ve ever had that falls apart with all the toppings on the side except the steak because that wasn’t there. The guacamole was completely full of lettuce…? The chips were very very stale. We were honestly missing so many things from the order. I loved chipotle before moving here and the whole experience today made me realize that I won’t be going back…..at least to this one.

You pay 22 dollars for 2 bowls & you get barely any food & when you ask for more they catch attitudes if you don’t like your job find a different one🙂.
