The most RUDE employees I’ve ever witnessed at a Chipotle. And also, double rice apparently equals less than 1/4th of an additional scoop . Total joke of a franchise location

Restaurant is absolutely disgusting. There’s plastic gloves on the side of the building receipts and the serving station is absolutely disgusting. There are food orders everywhere and ingredients all over the countertop. It looks like an Indian street food market. I don’t know how hard it is to clean up in between so the excuse of shortstaffed isn’t gonna cut it. This is by for the grossest restaurant I’ve ever walked into. Talk about health and wellness violations.

The last time I was there the girl made the best bowls. I think she came from another store because she didn’t know where they kept stuff. But she did a great job.

Paid 20$ for triple chicken in my bowl and the twink working the line barely gave me any

I will never go back here. I ordered my food online for pickup. When I went to eat my order, everything was off. Wrong meat, extremely small portion, no rice, salsa, cheese or sour cream - made by Alyssa P. I am pissed I spent $12 on this. I attached photos for reference.

Mixed Feelings About This Location

I’m conflicted writing this review because I genuinely love Chipotle and have been a regular customer for years—especially back when I lived in Chicago, where I never had a single issue.

That said, this particular location has missed the mark on both of my recent visits. The staff is friendly and generous with portions, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the quality of the food hasn’t been up to par. On both occasions, the rice was noticeably undercooked, and both my partner and I experienced stomach discomfort afterward—raising concerns about possible contamination.

I want to like this location, but given these recurring issues, it’s hard to recommend.

I placed an online order at this location, fully knowing I would be disappointed in the portion size as it’s always way less at this location compared to surrounding stores. I get home and find that not only is there barely any meat, but also NO rice, which was clearly on my order (even printed on the sticker on the lid). It was also cold and extremely watery which made the bowl look completely unappetizing. I have never written a negative review for anything until now because this location just continues to disappoint and this is unacceptable. I only gave an extra star since my food was ready on time and my husband’s bowl was the correct order (although very little protein).

Just 😋 😋 😋! They're always busy! Friendly, clean, prompt. Order before you go to avoid the line.

It's just a typical Chipotle... it's very consistent, the food is good, the service is okay, just nothing blows me away but it's safe and pretty good. I recommend it because it's fast and good .
