I had a perfect balance bowl with chicken, super greens, chickpea masala, and naan bread. WOW, it was good. The only con is that it's a little expensive. Other than that, it was a nice experience. I will definitely be back!
My second time in here and it is so delicious. It gives you the Indian food in a modern way. I choose the chicken perfect balance. The food didn’t take too long to be ready. The staff members were so cute especially Alicia. She was so nice and cute.
Great food with really cool combinations of flavor! A got a Choolah bowl with chicken, brown rice, and the black lentil daal. Super good! I feel like you get a large amount of food for the money. Definitely check this place out!
This is fusion indian food.Malai Kulfi is great. All other is okay.
Bought delivery for some comfort food. Received my food still hot and packaged really well. Certainly comforting and delicious. Also the ginger mint lemonade is amazing!!! Will absolutely be coming back over and over again!!!!
My family and I went to Choolah, after viewing a house. The employees are so kind and have the best customer service. I am very glad we chose to eat here. The girl taking orders went above and beyond for me. Props to these workers, I highly recommend eating here and will be back soon!
Power bowls are so good and so healthy compared to most fast food! ❤️
The person who took and prepared my order was very nice and helpful. However, the food was awful. Bland and overpriced. Tiny, tiny morsels of chicken and there was barely enough for one person. This was a family order for four people! A ton of rice, hard, dry and barely cooked. A greasy, flavorless sauce to accompany it. It was very expensive for the quality and quantity. I would not go back. The dollar store of Indian food.
First time here! Boardman has a lot of good new restaurants and we hadn’t tried this one yet. This staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is somewhat limited compared to a traditional Indian restaurant of course, but what they have is very good. My wife had the Perfect Balance Bowl with chicken, tilapia Masala and rice. I had the (ground) lamb wrap. The lamb was freshly made and took along time for which we received an honest apology as well two coupons to come back for free entrees. I do wish I would have order a side dish though. The mango lemonade was a nice change of pace!
The food is fine. The front staff was polite. The assistant manager tried to help. Last week I stopped in and was doubled charged on my card. I cancelled my order and went in to order. I essentially paid three times, but they were close to closing and I could not order any later online. So the assistant manager took my name and number and told me the manager would call me the next day to clarify the additional charges. Never once did they call me. I want Choolaah to do well, but the management clearly doesn't care about customer service. If I'm being double charged and I'm told a manager is going to call me, then call. It's really not a difficult concept. Like others, I suggest Cafe India less than half a mile down the street.

My kids want to eat here every day because of the automatic hand washing station in the dining room. I think they washed them 6 times each! ?Food was good, except we didn't really like the Naan bread. Sauces were a nice touch. The hot was VERY hot!! Would return.
I left because the girl behind the counter was rude af! I'll stick with Cafe India down the street. Their food is WAY better anyway. If you decide to go, make sure you study the menu thoroughly before you go so you don't get treated like you're d****
The food here was great and very filling! JaShaiya was very nice and very helpful as well. She knew so much about the menu. We will definetly be back to try something new!
I have visited twice. The food is delicious and quick. Staff is super friendly. They have lamb available although it is ground and made into delicious meatballs. They have a variety if sauces including a few that are pretty spicy. I tried the second hottest (ouch sauce) and it was both flavorful and very spicy. I have eaten Carolina Reapers and it isn't that kind of pain, but at least as hot as a habañero.Although the customer service was quite friendly, they botched an order on the first visit. They remade the meal and even let us keep the first one. However, they followed up that understandable goof by also giving us a card for a free meal. On my second visit, I tried to use the card and found out that freebie coupon had been expired when it was given to us. Was really disappointing. The young lady at the counter was super cool and was willing to honor the coupon anyhow, but it still didn't set right with me. So I took off 1 star because they really dropped the ball in the process of fixing the first mistake. We didn't feel entitled to another free meal and they didn't need to give us the coupon to make anything right. But they did and what seemed like a courtesy turned out to leave a less favorable taste in my mouth. I would have given 5 stars despite the first error if not for duping me back in the door with a bad coupon.
East Indian Fast food. MUST TRY. My family and I loved it. Signature Bowls, Proteins (Veg or Non-Veg) and sauces. All awesome!!! And to top it all caring and smiling staff. Quick service and clean. We are coming here again for sure ??
