Yesterday, my family and I came to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate the life of my deceased niece. Our reservation was from 4:00–6:00 PM. Throughout our visit, the staff repeatedly told us that “the show will begin in 10 minutes,” but it never did. The final time they came over, we were told that the show would not start until after six. Chuck E. didn’t come out until around 6:30 PM long after our scheduled reservation had ended.
While we were still seated, another party arrived. I was shocked to overhear staff apologizing to them for our presence, saying we “weren’t supposed to be there.” Even worse, I overheard staff discussing our party cost saying it was “$99 and they’re still sitting there” when in fact, we had upgraded and paid much more. That comment was both disrespectful and unprofessional.
Instead of taking accountability for the scheduling confusion and delayed show, the staff made it seem like we were at fault for still being there, even though we were following their directions. We were simply trying to honor my niece’s memory and enjoy time together as a family. It was disheartening to feel like our celebration didn’t matter and that another party was treated as more important than ours.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously guests deserve empathy, respect, and fair treatment, especially when they’ve paid for a special occasion.

I grew up loving the animatronics. I was heart broken to see them gone. Other than that it's an okay, if not bland now, kids arcade.

Great place for a birthday party! Easy to book. Plenty of parking. Surprising good pizza!

Only issue were the increase in price for one hour of play time. But I will say.They have some news game. Kiddie games were too many none working games . This include the machine to purchase play time. Had to wait online for others to order their food inorder for us to get our play time(game cards)
