Great food, and safe for celiacs! The staff were able to quickly and confidently tell me which items to avoid (it's pretty much just the bread and wraps), and switched gloves as they were preparing my food. I felt great the next day, so yay for no cross contact!

Try to eat out and try to eat as a vegan elsewhere. You can only have 2 types of lettuce in your bowl - really? That third type of lettuce will most likely put them out of business!

I get my build your own salad bowl on the regular. I've had to ask the staff several times to NOT pick my food off the counter to put in my bowl if it falls off! Gloves on, it still doesn't matter! I also get roasted peppers as my topping. At my last visit I was given scraps of burnt peppers to be told this is how they look! I asked for a substitute and she refused to honor my request! I should be able to ask for a substitute when the eatery run short of toppings. Unexceptable service! I would like upper management to address my concerns. I go to the Boardman location every week.

The staff was pleasant, and the store was clean, however, not a very good value. Additionally the chicken on my Cobb seemed very over cooked or possibly leftover from the day before.
I'm not sure if the employees get absolutely zero customer service training, but jeeze did I feel unwelcome! I have never dined here and I felt super rushed as the only customer in the building.The girl working didn't seem too sure about what was actually gluten free (and didn't bother double checking), gave me an attitude about the ingredients in the dressings, and was just overall unpleasant. She like tossed my bag at me and knocked my cup over? Lol weird vibes!Also what's up with all the canola oil in the dressings/food? I can't justify spending nearly $20 on lunch for myself for pseudo healthy food with bad customer service.

Alright I’m going to be a Karen for a second and I don’t care, this place always messes up.So we Door dashed our order and we usually call to make sure mine doesn’t have chicken because this has happened several times, but it’s been awhile. This time there was an option for tofu and guess what? NOT TOFU, chicken!! I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a young child. I’m so annoyed they can never get the order right. Pay attention when you make someones order, it’s not rocket science! Horrible. I will never give this place a chance again.
