I asked for a refund, they said no and said the New York style is going to be greasy. Which I understand it’s going to be greasy, but this wasn’t just greasy. This was beyond that. Never in my life have I ate New York style pizza and it be that greasy. It was actually gross.
I wish this place would go out of business like the Pizza Hut by the Taco Bell did.

Boardman Dominos canceled my order on me, leaving my daughter with no dinner before she went to basketball practice. The General Manager (Alan) hung up on me after I questioned why my order was taking so long. I was refunded everything except the delivery fee. He was very rude and disrespectful. I will NOT be ordering from there again. Very very very disappointed. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered pizza there this evening and all I can say ..... delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. Staff was always friendly.

So we got a thin crust pizza with jalapeño and pepperoni which was good and so a pizza with pepperoni and sausage which was good the only thing I would say is that there wings takes like shit and are not good at all. I think they need to deal fry them and they would be good. Sending them through the overn is not good at all.

Usually pretty good, but this last time our order was wrong and we couldn't get ahold of the store so we got a hold of corporate, who did absolutely nothing to help us. It sucks paying for stuff that isn't right. Was not a small order

Driver was extremely late with our food I live 15 minutes from the store and they literally took over an hour and a half the food was cold they offed a free pizza to make it up but when I go to redeem the pizza they won't allow any online transactions but wen I go to pay for a pizza they allow the transaction I called the store and they told me there's nothing they can do I call customer service and the sms bot couldnt help I was literally lied to and given a promo I can't even use never will order from dominos pizza again
Ordered 2 of the new stuffed crusts for delivery. Was all excited for them, just to show up without the garlic sause I ordered with them. Called in to be told they'd send someone back out with them. Should be bringing me 2 fresh pizzas too because it's not my mistake. But I just paid 30$ to eat 2 cold pizzas. I haven't ordered for a couple years from them because of stuff like this happening, gonna be a few more. I won't even eat this shit now! Negative 100 stars.

Asked for a receipt and was trying to ask other questions and was getting yelled at and was being told that a receipt would come with my order and it didn’t so I had to fight with them to get the receipt I would not recommend this one at all it messed with my ptsd because of the way that the employees and manager treats their customers. If I could give this one negative stars I would do not go here unless you want to be treated like trash if I wanted to be treated that way I would go to Dicks last resort
