Double Bogey’s Bar & Grill

So me and my family goes here every Thursday last week on September 21 was horrible. Our waitress name was Ashely. Let's just start there. We sat there for like 15 minutes and my mother asked excuse me. Do you know who our waiter is? I don't know, but I'll find out come to find out our waiter was Ashely Never seen anybody wait on tables over a banister screaming what did you say again remind you it was five of us very dry attitude mid age lady Some of the orders was messed up and My aunt asked for extra dressing for her salad. My sister asked for her fries that never came. She seemed like she had a attitude because she had to go back-and-forth to The kitchen, but if we wasn't screaming the orders out over the banister and you were standing at the table, you would've heard the order correctly the first time instead of going back-and-forth I gave her my bank card with my checkout ticket and I treated my mother so therefore we had to my aunt my sister and the rest of them some paint with money and their cards She only charged me for my food Ashely the waitress she ended up charging my aunt with my mother's food. I don't know how she get everything confused and mixed up by the time she got to the register, but she did I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because I have a daughter that's 27 Waitress at two major restaurants in canton I asked her can I speak to the manager and she had a smirk on her face and said I'm a manager I said nice try go get another manager so the guy came out and he was like what's going on. What's wrong? What's wrong? How was you guys Food? I'm pretty sure when she went back to the kitchen. She told you what was the problem And yeah, we have to definitely get better. Customer service because this is ridiculous. I've been gone there for over a year and never experience with me and my family and friends experience last Thursday, which was September 21. I let him know that I don't know about the rest of my family and guest that we were wet, but I definitely will not return because You're the manager. All you said was I'll talk to Ashely, but Ashley was standing over there at the register with her friend watching our table as he talk to us with a smirk on our face
Customer service is everything and when you go out to any restaurant high in mid in or even a drive-through Customer service is everything and Ashely I'm sorry sweetie you need to be retrained Immediately you guys are gonna lose a lot of customers here if we don't resolve a problem of Customer service so her tip for that night was nothing because she was rude and unprofessional

Have been here several times including a family function and always had a great experience. Specials are diverse, menu has amazing selections & something for everyone. Prime rib is a favorite. Sausage Diablo is out of this world. Wedding soup is amazing. Don’t leave without devouring Italian egg rolls and siracha fries. You really can’t go wrong no matter what you order. Bartender Connor was beyond personable & made exceptional recommendations of food and cocktails. Lots of TVs, video golf, and such a friendly staff. Families welcomed and very clean. Will be back next weekend!

You have some of the laziest rudest servers I have ever come across. Do better and make sure they’re doing their job right.

Very cool local spot. The food is better than the average bar food. You can enjoy a bar or dining atmosphere. They also host events, like the Irish fest and others. The game area in the back is also great for friends to meet up for billiards and a beer.

I had went with a group of friends. Sat at the bar for about 15-20 minutes before a bartender acknowledged me, while serving people that just walked in (this happened on more than one occasion). We had ordered food too, didn't get 2 things we ordered. Had to ask about it 3 or 4 times before we got our items, that was about an hour and 45 minutes to get them.
On a different day, a friend recently turned 21 and went there for her birthday. The bartender at the back wouldn't make her a martini because they didn't have a martini glass and told her to go to the front and the bartender at the front wouldn't serve her because she didn't have a REAL ID. You don't need a REAL ID for the bar. It's not a federal building nor is it a domestic flight. You can still get a regular state issued ID and it is still valid. Will never go here again. My friend had also spoken with the manager who said they would rectify the situation, but never did. Then when my friend went back to bar, the bartender laughed at her. Rude and disrespectful.

I have never in my life written a bad review or felt the need to talk to a manager (you can see all my other reviews). My friend just turned 21 and she wanted to go to dinner then go play pool. She was served in the back no problem at all, even though that server was rude. Then she wanted a martini and that server said she didn’t make martinis so she would have to go up front. The server up front wouldn’t serve her because it wasn’t a “real ID” and was rude to her. I talked to the manager and he asked if there was the date on the ID and I said yes. He said he would talk to them, he never came back and when trying to order again, he again denied her a drink. I’m the type of person who thinks people should have a good birthday so obviously that pissed me off. I will not be coming back.

I loved being waited on by Gina, she is the most fantastic server I've ever had.

Mike and Ashley were AMAZING they need a raise lol, I’m coming back every other weekend just too see them! We love a great bartender!

second time eating here and it was a mistake- staff was kind. but food tasted like high-school cafeteria food. gross.

I went for lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken Calabria. The chicken was overcooked, the greens had a fish aftertaste to them which means whatever pot they were either cooked in or heated in was not cleaned properly. The hot peppers were on point and the house made fresh blue cheese dressing for the salad was outstanding. It has a very nice bar with 32 draft beers on tap. Approximately half were from micro breweries around the area or from the state. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming. The service was very good. I'll be heading back to give it another shot. Maybe it was just an off day for the chef.

Food was very good. Portions were good. Food was served hot. Service was very good. Drink portion was good also.

Myke, eric, and E’Marei were absolutely fantastic every time we come here it’s nothing but a great experience from these individuals. They need a raise.
