Great place for coffee and donuts if you like Dunkin donuts (I do not). I got a breakfast sandwich that was good.

Ordered the sabrina drink ($5) and they told me they were out so ordered a coffee with oat milk and flavored syrup. They handed me the nasties most dog water tasting drink ever and i legit had to place a new order in the drive thru. The lady got mad when i asked her to fix it. Other than that i come here almost every day and 90% of the time they forget my cold foam and sometimes catch an attitude when i ask them to fix it

This is the worst location I've ever dealt with, and unfortunately, it's the closest. Let's start with the staff: They don't greet customers. They act like customers are bothering them. I once waited for 5 min just for someone to come the register, and I was the only customer in the store. I've never seen anyone smile there. They rarely get my order correct when I go there, and ordering via Door Dash is like playing the lottery, but you always lose. How hard is it to put two things in a bag? Now, the food: These people will literally put your donut in upside-down, smear anything that was on top, throw things in bags, and generally not care what it looks like when you open the bag. If you order a sandwich, it's usually in pieces by time it gets to you. After today, I'm done with this place. I'll just great heat up Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches next time I want one. Either this company has no standards anymore, or this location gave up.

I ordered a mango pineapple lemonade. I was given the mango pineapple refresher with water as the base instead. I went back because I wanted the drink I paid $5.19 for to be right. I was very nice when I explained it to the girl on the speaker. She gave me attitude and told me to pull forward. She then (obviously purposefully) made me sit there for over five minutes without saying a word to me before opening the window and asking what it was supposed to be. Several minutes later she came back with the drink āremadeā incorrectly again. She also refused to take the drink that she made wrong back. Overall terrible experience. Paid over $5 for one drink to be made wrong twice and to be given attitude the entire time.

i feel like itās common human decency to give out napkins when you get multiple food items especially sandwiches. i never receive napkins from this location.
Should have gone to Starbucks that was my first idea. A teaspoon of jelly in our jelly donuts and what looks like finger marks. Taste like yesterday donut.

Ordered a Large Cappucino today (1/11/24, around 4pm) at the drive through and got a large cup of 2/3 foam. It looked like about 6oz of product in a 16oz cup. Upon walking in was met by an incredibly rude young man who insisted that āI could ask them to make it with less foamā (if I knew to ask) and that it was a normal amount of product, also that I should ājust order a latteā. I pushed back a little and asked how many ounces of product should be in a Large and he said he didnāt know. BRO, YOU JUST SOLD ME A $4.50 CUP OF AIR. No other area Dunkin intentionally shorts its customers in this way and then has the audacity to try to gaslight you about it when you point it out. I have bought many of these from a lot of different locations and can tell when something is out of the ordinary. They werenāt even busy. Avoid this location at all costs and go farther down the road in either direction. Managers take note: These people are not interested in happy customers. They are marking time and actively trying to drive your customers away. Observe the photo. THAT is what a cappuccino ought to look like. I never leave reviews, but the customer experience was so incredibly poor I canāt just let it go.
So disappointed! I stopped buying coffee from DD especially that location. My latte does not taste good it tasts like milk and sugar and when i ask them to remake the still make it the same and last time I had to pay from them to remake my coffee!
