I go through every morning and get an iced Matcha latte. they jam pack the cup with ice to where you can’t even get your straw in it & after 3 sips the drink is GONE. but if i ask for light ice then i get half the drink? Why don’t i switch my drink? i’m pregnant and i crave matcha lattes😂 but like be for real. why?? i spend so much money a week for a cup of ice. i don’t get it.

Everything is a upcharge and then you order a large 8 dollar drink, they fill it halfway and say it’s the new company standard. Dunkin is going downhill and they don’t deserve anyone’s business and when you call they ignore the phones, and the managers get snippy and nasty when you point out they didn’t do there job and make it right

I go here everyday and normally everyone is so friendly . Today because they alternate workers for some reason I get to deal with people who have no sense of customer service and ignorant . I bought my coffee as usual and went to Meijers down the street . I took one sip of my coffee and put it in cup holder of my buggy . As I was coming into store I was told I was dripping coffee everywhere . I looked at bottom of cup and it was leaking heavily from bottom ( 2nd time I’ve had defective cup ) . I threw cup away after throwing away coffee . I went back to Dunkin to let them know the issue and they wanted to charge me for a new coffee then the manager on duty said she would allow it since it was Thanksgiving. Are you kidding me ? How about I’m sorry sir let’s get you a new coffee and apologize for the issue . There was a scene with people sitting there because they had the audacity to charge me and tell Me I should have brought back the rest of the coffee . Who trains your managers there some of them have no sense of customer service

Ordered the sabrina drink ($5) and they told me they were out so ordered a coffee with oat milk and flavored syrup. They handed me the nasties most dog water tasting drink ever and i legit had to place a new order in the drive thru. The lady got mad when i asked her to fix it. Other than that i come here almost every day and 90% of the time they forget my cold foam and sometimes catch an attitude when i ask them to fix it

This is the worst location I've ever dealt with, and unfortunately, it's the closest. Let's start with the staff: They don't greet customers. They act like customers are bothering them. I once waited for 5 min just for someone to come the register, and I was the only customer in the store. I've never seen anyone smile there. They rarely get my order correct when I go there, and ordering via Door Dash is like playing the lottery, but you always lose. How hard is it to put two things in a bag? Now, the food: These people will literally put your donut in upside-down, smear anything that was on top, throw things in bags, and generally not care what it looks like when you open the bag. If you order a sandwich, it's usually in pieces by time it gets to you. After today, I'm done with this place. I'll just great heat up Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches next time I want one. Either this company has no standards anymore, or this location gave up.

I ordered a mango pineapple lemonade. I was given the mango pineapple refresher with water as the base instead. I went back because I wanted the drink I paid $5.19 for to be right. I was very nice when I explained it to the girl on the speaker. She gave me attitude and told me to pull forward. She then (obviously purposefully) made me sit there for over five minutes without saying a word to me before opening the window and asking what it was supposed to be. Several minutes later she came back with the drink “remade” incorrectly again. She also refused to take the drink that she made wrong back. Overall terrible experience. Paid over $5 for one drink to be made wrong twice and to be given attitude the entire time.

i feel like it’s common human decency to give out napkins when you get multiple food items especially sandwiches. i never receive napkins from this location.
Should have gone to Starbucks that was my first idea. A teaspoon of jelly in our jelly donuts and what looks like finger marks. Taste like yesterday donut.
