Incredibly rude staff. I was informed they were out of an item for the online order but then the employee walked away and did not come back to see what replacement would be acceptable. Then, when the order was finally ready it was hot coffee instead of iced and the employee rolled her eyes at me when I asked that it be corrected. I don't care how busy the restaurant is, this is unacceptable behavior.

Just go to the next one, they’re always messing up orders here. It’s overwhelmingly clear that everyone working there couldn’t care less. If you have to go here just get a plain donut so you have a chance at the order being right.

Genuinely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever come across. Every single time I go there, the order is wrong. We’re either missing food or the wrong order entirely. Food has been cold several times. go to the one in Canfield a few lights down or hit the one on Market instead bc not a single employee in that building seems to care about anything they are doing.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I can’t tell you a time that they actually got my order right whether I’m ordering on the app, drive thru or inside. They just never seem to get it right. Also I have never waited in a drive thru (especially for coffee) for so long. I’ll be honest, I have. O thing good to say about this Dunkin. I kept giving them chances due to proximity between work and other Dunkin’ Donuts. But this Dunkin in particular made me become a regular at Starbucks. Who might I say has not ever gotten an order of mine wrong.

I think in the 15 or so times my girlfriend and I have gone through the drive thru at this location specifically, our order has been right only once… I can’t drink caffeine personally and when you make a latte with regular coffee and tell me it’s caffeine free and lattes aren’t made with coffee you probably shouldn’t be working with coffee. Had to go back inside and fix it and the lady at the counter told me nicely it wasn’t ordered as a decaf. Drive thru here is the worst one I’ve ever seen, just avoid this location all together and go to market street in boardman

I just want everyone to see what their “toasted” plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese looks like lmao. Also they all just miserable in there, it’s an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Worst location ever! No customer service. No helpful staff; in fact they were downright rude, including the manager. Background: So I live in Georgia, and frequent many Dunkin' locations in/around Atlanta & Marietta. Every now and then I decide to get the maple snackin' bacon orders with my coffee, and I love how sweet & crispy they are. This time I decided to stop at the location at 784 Boardman-Canfield Rd as I was driving by and needed a coffee fix. I ordered a medium iced coffee, a s'mores donut, and decided to get the hot honey bacon as an impulse buy. The bacon came out first and while I waited for the rest of my order, I decided to try a piece. WHAT??!! The bacon was cold and very chewy/fatty, not warm and toasty like my orders have been in Georgia with previous snackin' bacon. When the drive thru attendant handed me the rest of my order, I handed the bag with the bacon back thru the window and said it hadn't been warmed up. There were at least 4 young girls standing there staring at me like I had 2 heads. I said my experiences with Dunkin's snackin' bacon had always been that they were warm and crispy, but this order was cold, onto which the hot honey had been applied. But the "hot honey" is a flavor profile, not a temperature. They called the manager over, and her prissy answer was that each franchise does their own thing, and proceeded to fold the flap of the bag over and put it through the drive thru window, expecting me to take it back. She never said there was a misunderstanding about how the bacon was prepared, or offered me some other choice instead. Am I the a$$hole for expecting snackin' bacon to be warm?! Worst location ever!

Literally the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Nothing but RUDE / LAZY employees. Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees that weren’t even made right and taste absolutely horrible. Watched them just pour milk & put more ice in from the last persons order & give it to us as our “drink”. Tried to charge us twice after we already paid. No organization at all.

The food is good but they always find a way to consistently mess up orders. Like every time I go there there is always at least 2 items missing from my order. It is rediculous!!! The staff needs to double check the bags even if it means it slows down the lines. My best say is to go inside to get your food and not the drive thru because they won't mess up your order inside but they will in the drive thru.
