I ordered two drinks with the exact same ingredients and they both were made wrong once I got to work I called and the lady was so rude, over talking me and blaming me for the error, completely unacceptable and unprofessional and hung up on me as if me spending my money with Dunkin’ Donuts is not helping her pay her bills. I tried to call back and ask to speak to a manager but now they are not answering, I am also contacting corporate and the better business bureau. It’s not about the coffee it’s about customer service.

They really need to step their game up. I come in here every morning, and they used to always have my online order ready. Now it’s never ready on time. I usually place my order 20 minutes ahead through the app, but it still isn’t done when I arrive. Not sure if it’s because of new employees, but the manager really needs to step in and make sure orders are prepared in a timely manner. People have places to be, and there’s no reason I should have to wait 20 minutes for just a drink and some donuts especially on a slow Sunday when the store is almost empty. If they keep it up I’ll just start going to Starbucks.

I have been going to this Dunkin location for 10+ years. I absolutely love the iced coffee’s. However it’s always a limbo if it’s going to be made right or not. I have dumped out just as many coffee’s as I’ve drank. It’s so disappointing as I anticipate that first sip so bad and a lot of the time it’s bitter or sour. However. I’m on here today because who ever has been making these coffees the last week or so at this location have been on point! They are perfect, fresh, right amount of ice, cream, mocha, and sweet n low. These coffees are the reason I come here daily. I’m hoping they see this review and time frame and know to please keep this trend going. I have had to pour a coffee out in at least a week! Please keep it up! My coffees have been great this week <3

every time i go there before work i ask for a refresher and ask them to fill the cup up with mainly the drink concentrate and they never do. they are always making my order wrong and lied straight to my face when i asked them if it was the right drink. they told me yes when it was infact not the right one. They need better management there so they can actually train their workers the right way🤦🏻♀️
