we have visited this restaurant several times a month since 2020. we have, until this evening, always been impressed with the service and food quality here, and the speed at which it is served. tonite, with a party of 6 (relatives), we arrived for dinner at 6pm and were seated immediately. no beverege service until i flagged someone down. a guy showed up 10 mintues later with our drinks and took our food order. about 20 minutes later, 4 meals delivered, 1 delivered incomplete, and 1 not delivered at all. had to chase down people asking them to follow up on missing food for the next 30 minutes. waited 30 minutes for the bill, finally gave up and ended up with the manager. sincere apologies for lousy service, and an offer to take the charge off the bill for my brother in laws 1/2 hour late meal. all to say, this is usually a great place for a nice Tex Mex meal. we will never go back to this restaurant on a Friday evening with any more than 4 people. and after this frustrating experience, we'll avoid Fridays altogether for at least a few months. i have wonder if this restaurant has been recently sold, or there has been some kind of mass staff turmoil and turnover.

The frozen marg was 10/10, the service was fast and friendly even with our large group during dinner rush. Everyone's food looked great and tasted just as good. No complaints for an easy Mexican serving in a small Ohio area you don't expect much from.

What can you say about a place this consistent that I haven't said before... We pulled in to park and a gentleman in a suit was walking the lot picking up paper most any other place would leave on the ground. They care... My opinion... Wow! Nice job! Way to lead sir! The devil is in the details! Food, cleanliness, staff... Solid 10! Thank you!Parking: Covered drop off and pickup.

We had THE BEST birthday party here ever! Our server was top notch!! I mean he made the night!!! I'm so sorry I forgot his name. Maybe it's his fault lol after all he recommended the blackberry margaritas! We laughed so much and they catered to us despite it all. I love places like this! The food was amazing! I got the burrito Diablo which was giant sized. Took half home. Everyone raved about their dishes We shared so much Thank you for a wonderful evening

Family lunch here this weekend. The service was really fast, and once we decided what we wanted, it came out quickly. The menu is huge - and they also have brunch offerings. I had the mahi tacos. They had big chunks of blackened fish, with avocado, and I enjoyed it. My mom had the shrimp quesadilla, and it was huge. The shrimp were large and well cooked, and there were fajita vegetables too. I also had the hibiscus refresher, which was delicious. It was a deep fuchsia color, and lightly sweetened, and I'd agree with the name - very refreshing.

absolutely amazing!!! i got the birria tacos and they were a 10/10. also pictured are the wet burrito and bbq burritos which weredelicious too. the food came out fast and the service was great! we will be back

Went for brunch.....service was excellent... My food was wrong the first time but was quickly remade without any fuss, so I really appreciated it.....that being said, I ordered avocado toast and it only had a thin shmear of quacamole in the center of the bread. ...it was disappointing ? if you are going to call the dish avocado toast, it should have avocado slices on it. I will day the flavor profile was on point.

We are Mexican food connoisseurs, and I can promise you this is an honest, objective review: ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 The place is beautiful and comfortable. The bar also is amazing and has may TVs. FOOD: 2/5 Left much to be desired. The burrito; chili relleno; and enchilada was overpowered with the taste of vegetable oil. Flavor was not bad, but it was over-oiled affecting the taste. The shrimp fajitas had very few shrimp and was not filling. SERVICE: 1/5 The waitress was sweet and kind, but absolutely terrible service. When she sat us down, we were neglected until the very end. We needed drinks and hot sauce and never got our drinks. We asked the associate who brought our food out for hot sauce. He said "okay" and never came back! We did flag what appeared to be the manager, but it was a hassle. Terrible, terrible service. PRICES: 4/5 Prices where fair, but not for the quality of the food. Wine prices were really good, so thumbs up here. Overall: 2.5/5 (rounded down to 2/5)

This place is wonderful for authentic Mexican and the vibe and ambience is clean and the staff is friendly. Great for small or large groups. The margaritas and drinks come in all sizes and there is something here for everyone as far as a cocktail is concerned is tequila isn't your thing. We only got appetizers but the cheese and bean dips are non negotiable. I would ask for a side of tortillas as well to dip in. Chips and salsa come complimentary and are delicious, perfect texture and the salsa is fabulous. Juan is the best and just absolutely a delight. What a wonderful business to support.

To make a long story short, I left my wallet in the car and went to grab it while my family stood at the table. I came back to pay and I headed over to the check out counter, to then over hear the manager on the mic say, “they're here now paying” as if we were going to dine and dash. Utterly disgusting. I spent over $100 for a dinner to be completely treated poorly. I don’t even want to make this a race a thing but it felt that way. I will be taking my business to Plaza Azteca.
