The food is really good. The service was not too good. The worker was mad that I ordered a meat ball sub and gave me a dirty look. Will not come back to this location.

FALSE ADVERTISING: Been getting so many burnt subs in my mobile orders this winter that I’m finally posting one cos I feel like I’ve wasted too much money. All pictures on ordering app show non burnt subs, I get burnt ones-this is bait and switch false advertising. I’ve had two burnt meatball subs and a burnt French dip. At this point cos I put in mobile order I wonder if they do this to me on purpose since my name comes through on the sub. The new staff isn’t really friendly they use to greet you early on when they first open, now they talk and side eye like gosh we gotta a customer and have to work now. Like angry I came in to make them work, that’s why I started the mobile ordering so I wasn’t a bother. But it’s like with mobile order they are just sliding in messed up subs n making you take the L. I wrote corporate sent photo I’m posting here they thanked me for my feedback. I paid $15 for a large sub half was fully burnt they offered no refund, reward points, or coupon to a regular size sub to make up for half of my large burnt. Nothing was offered so here I am sharing with the community what’s been going on. Corporate as well as this location is false advertising what they are selling and majorly marked up prices recently $15 a 11” meatball subs (not even 12”). You can’t show me pictures of how your sub looks and than sneakily multiple times mobile ordering send me off with burnt subs. To whoever thought it was cool to put the burnt subs in my order, I curse you eternally to getting burnt subs wherever you go in the future!

Come on Firehouse subs, Mobile ordering was unavailable and I tired to order the (online only) Cordon Blu sandwich in store. They told me they can't even make it because there's no button on the screen. If you have something listed online but the mobile ordering is not working, at least have an option for a customized sandwich on your screen.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. customer service don't even exist anymore, especially here.. I walked in to pick up my order and was directly at the counter in front of five people that were within a foot of me and couldn't even get simply greeted, acknowledged, nothing, so I was waiting to see how long it would take them to simply acknowledge a guest, and 6 minutes later had I not even said anything, they would have continued to still ignore me... So when people choose to come here and spend money, the least you could do is say hello or acknowledge them , Absolutely terrible.. they acted like they were upset that I even showed up!!! WHEN YOUR BUSINESS FAILS, IT'S BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES

My husband stopped there, I think it was Saturday, for lunch. First time and last time. The young man at counter said , the only kind of bread we have is wheat. We said that was okay and that it was our first time in. So I said I'd love to have a meatball sub. He says sorry we don't have any meatballs today, but we do have some chicken ones. Yuck! My hubby and I said no thanks and left. We both had the same thought when we got to the car....like isn't this a restaurant, and they are supposed to have food and bread? Weird place.
