Boardman location is the worst. Sandwiches were labeled wrong and one sandwich was completely made wrong. My son took the wrong sandwich back to the counter and the manager basically called him a liar....ummm look at the receipt, there was no sandwich on the receipt that had bacon on it so obviously the sandwich was made wrong! Finally the sandwich was remade after arguing. As the manager handed over the burger he scolded my son. Five Guys in Boardman needs to get a manager with more professionalism. If you hate your job then quit.

I hadn't been to five guys in several years due to my wife's eating regimen. So in her absence I decided to stop in for one of my favorite burgers. The burger was good but I noticed the fries were a severely less quantity than what they used to be. And it cost me almost $20 for one person! Well, I don't think I'll be back. That's way too much for one serving.
