My family and I love this ice cream. We go quite often. I understand hours may differ for the holiday, however the sign on the door says closed on Christmas day. Nothing about Christmas eve. We drove almost 30 min to get ice cream and there wasnt even a sign saying closed Christmas eve or any type of indication online or a message on the phone regarding them being closed. Very poor management and extremely disappointed. Will probably never go back. People are slow and not friendly. But I was able to deal with that because of the ice cream. But just closing without any information about it being closed is a different story. Horrible!!
Would have loved to try the ice cream here.. If the employee would have let us.

Girls working Saturday evening, 10/6 were very rude and unhelpful, which is probably why there were no other customers. This was our first and LAST visit!
Ice cream was great my only suggestion is a half order there was so much I couldnt finish it!

Great rolled sundaes & loved the atmosphere.! I do wish there was a tutti frutti and or a bubblegum but cereal was different (very good deff. Recommend it.!) & since it was froze so fast when you eat the rolls it's still crunchy cereal inside.! Delicious guys.!

Delicious hand rolled ice cream sundaes. Many options to choose from. I recommend the monkey nut sundae (nutella and peanuts).
This place may be the best kept secret in Youngstown (well Boardman/Canfield). I will dare to say this place is better than Handel's.
The kids loved watching the ice cream being rolled. Ice cream was so amazing. A little pricey but comparable to other specialty ice cream shops.
What a cool place, interesting menu.
My hubby got a hot fudge sundae and they prepped it right in front of him lit the fudge on fire and it steamed up and was pretty cool watching it. Hot of the press
