Everything we have bought has been of supreme quality. The pretzels, donuts, and fried pies are unbelievably good. “I am a regular and remember being there when a group kept asking for extra sauces. I am assuming this was Lauren Gordon who left a nasty review. The service is always a 10/10 no matter who is working there. The only times the kind workers “catch an attitude” is if you are incompetent or rude first. I remember this group sending someone up and being rude to the two employees who were up there and demanding more things. Rise Pies employees are the nicest people ever by far the best service. If you or your party don’t show them basic human decency then you have no right to write a false review. The food is fresh and delicious and the workers are extremely kind and talkative. Just do not be rude to them first, like Lauren Gordon’s party was.“
