Two issues: 1. My breakfast sausage links were cooked, but ICE COLD.You need to keep them in a metal pan on top of grill, after they are cooked eith a lid. To keep them WARM. COOKING 101. 2. MANAGER NEEDS TO HAVE STAFF CLEAN. CLEAN THE RISERS BEHIND THE BOOTHS, ETC. NASTY KIDS FINGERPRINTS EVERYWHERE....a REAL turn off.

You have a server by the name of Rhonda that works there. We are frequent customers and each time, you see how dedicated she is to her job. She has patience with nasty customers, an amazing multi-tasker and Ive witnessed her, in the midst of a busy restaurant and taking care of her own tables, help her coworkers. She always has a great attitude and smile.

I like Ihop but y'all have recently pissed me off with the multi factor authentication nonsense. This is a food joint! Why do I HAVE to sign up and do a damn 2 step authentication to order food be cause you don't take orders over the phone?! If I want to continue as a guest, I should be able to do so without all the extra bullshit. This country is annoying and ridiculous. How much security do you REALLY need to order some damn takeout?! 😒

Recieved drinks and cups were disgusting, had stuff all over them, inside and out. I could hear the staff cussing and arguing with each other by the kitchen. Cups sat on the edge of the table with straw wrappers and garbage on top, server looked right at them and never acknowledged the drinks until are food was brought. Food was good, plates were clean. But overall service was extremely slow and weren't even busy. Won't be returning to this location!
