Ihop in Boardman was terrible. We sat there 20 mins before someone even came to ask what we wanted to drink. Then it took another 15 mins before she started to bring them out. By that time we were already up and walking out. The people behind got up and left after sitting there 45 mins and still didn't get there order.

The service was better than my last visit, food was tasty, worst thing was as soo. As we walked in the first set of doo4s from the outside it was filthy like it has not been cleaned in months not a good impression how you pride your self.

Arrived a little early this morning, Sunday November 10th @815am. We were told by the hostess that the waitress staff was busy but we'd still be able to get a seat and the whole team helped... There were a total of 3 employees that came to our table to get us drinks and submit our order promptly before our actual server was even able to make it to greet us. We did end up meeting our server and she checked the order which we received pretty quicky. Overall the food and service was top notch. Even with the staff having their hands full they went above and beyond for us which was amazing since my wife and were with our baby and 5 year old. Will be back again!

The service is so bad many people who came in after us got their order first, no trip for this joke of a place to eat,the food was cold and was brought to are table 45 minutes after we ordered, but not the whole order, it came 20 minutes at a time ,went like this eggs 20min then toast 20 min then hash browns (burnt) then 20mins pancakes, the whole time had to remind server of our order ,not only that could barely understand a word the server was saying ,I want my $45.81 back ,not to mention the food sent me straight to the bathroom, and I felt sick to my stomach, I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN FOR FREE,

Staff is rude and slow. Staff standing around talking instead of tending to patrons. Long wait for our food. Inside is dirty. The tables are not cleaned, floors are sticky, and have food on them. Prices are high. Will not return
