Very rarely do I give a 5. Disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. After following a JM general manager on Facebook and seeing his videos I had to come. I came and had to get the philly cheese steak. Got the giant because I hadn't eaten all day. Philly steak is my go to just about anywhere and I have to be honest this was the best cheese steak I have ever had. The young kids working there were very friendly asking me how my day was and wishing me a happy new year. Just great all the way around. It cost me a dollar more than I have paid at dibellas for years but I think it's actually bigger. You definitely got yourself a new customer.

The service and employees are amazing. They're polite and quick. The food however has taken a down turn since I used to go. Maybe it was just an off day, but they aren't as good as they used to be, and aren't worth the premium price anymore.
Vegetarian options: They didn't really do that. Yes there are vegetarian sandwiches, but you can tell it was an after thought
Dietary restrictions: Same 5 ingredients in different orders, if you can't eat one thing, you can't eat anything.
Parking: Not super accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. The employees are professional and polite.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any ramps or accessibility options. Not the fault of the store, rather the plaza they're in, but still

I went to Jersey mikes on Thursday and they were not busy and waited for 10 mins to place order a girl gave me a piece of paper and told me to give to cashier. Waited another 10 mins just standing there and no one was making my food so I said are you gonna make my food. And finally I got my food another 5 mins. So I go back on Friday and placed an online order because my husband wanted to try this pastrami. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:15 and when I got there they said they didn’t have Pastrami ready that if I wanted it I had to wait. So I ended up waiting an additional time to get my sandwiches cause I ordered 3 so I finally got my order at 1:55 I drove home and when I got home I basically had all bread hardly any meat on the sandwiches and barely any toppings. I definitely won’t be ordering food anymore. I called the store and not a single person answered 😡 what a waste of money and a 20 min drive

There was this one worker at this establishment that was BEYOND AND ABOVE!!? His service only took about 2 minutes! He was done so quick it!! He looked like the kid from “UP”? I think his name is Ben. Boy can that boy make a sub! The sandwich was sooooo scrupulously soggy and juicy (number #9 supreme club with mikes way no onion extra extra juice extra extra mayo IF IT AINT DRIPPIN’ I AINT TIPPIN’) I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend catering here ?

Me and my Wife were in Jersey Mike's in Boardman, Ohio and the Service was Excellent. I was served with nice and polite Workers and most of all their ATTITUDES WERE EXTREMELY GOOD, I will be going back to this location.

Good subs but ordered online to pickup. Came in 30 minutes still not ready. Sat here for 10 more minutes. Not sure what the point of ordering online is. Im watching them make other peoples subs that just came in. Even though she said they were waiting on bread. Makes zero sense.

Look I’ve been here a few times over the past 5 or 6 years and really haven’t had any real issues until this past Wednesday when I placed an order for a large Italian sub with everything on it plus mayo, and a large ham and turkey sub with extra meat and cheese and just mayo nothing else and a half of Italian with everything plus mayo. Picked them up and drove 20 minutes home when we unwrapped them the ham and turkey and cheese had everything on it and no extra meat or cheese and the large Italian sub had nothing on it but mayo when I called them the kid who answered the phone told me I would have to bring them back in to make them right and when I told him I was 20 minutes away he didn’t seem phased at all and said call back tomorrow and maybe I could talk to the manager. When I pay almost $55.00 for a couple of sandwich’s I expect them to get it right or make it right without any further inconvenience to me, but I guess that’s not the way things are done these days.

It was two weeks later after I posted the above review and also contacted the email address for Jersey Mike’s that I was contacted about the issue and this experience was just as frustrating as the situation with the order. First of all the person who called me I assume was the owner, I’m not sure but basically the first words out of his mouth was “ we don’t give credit or coupons if you don’t bring it back to the store “ I said I wasn’t looking for anything from them but I thought they would like to know how things are being done there and then he finally gave a half hearted apology and said goodbye!!!! Well this place just lost my business for life and for what it’s worth theirs a place a few minutes west of this place where they give you a sub that’s twice the size of these and with a lot fresher ingredients for about the same price.

We are regular customers to the Jersey mikes loyalty, years that is. We just moved to this location and came to our “fav”. This store needs to step it up. Making the bread just a little shorter, making the filling weaker not as meaty as our old location, and forgetting my jalapeños just is no longer satisfactory in this post-Covid life. Appreciate returning same product if you are going to up the prices.
