Honestly I never complain about food because I work in the food industry but this was my first time here and I was not impressed. I repeatedly told them maybe 2-3 times I had never been here and I asked questions & they completely ignored me. As soon as I walked in the worker who was slicing the meat had SUCH a horrible attitude, and you can tell he didn’t mesh with the other works and the service was just awful, everyone confused and then they also messed up my sub. I always hear the subs are good so I would try again, but absolutely horrible service and would probably only order online at least from this location.

The ladies room was nasty & no paper towels. Napkin holder on the table was empty and dirty, the chicken was DRY , the building was chilly.... Sorry J.M.'s that's how it was.

I come in the store about once a week I get welcomed in every time by a young man name jason he is very out going easy to have a conversation with I struggle going out since my wife has passed away.He talks to me as if we have been friends forever and I appreciate it very much he knows my sandwich order and showed me how to use the app I will keep coming to this place I love the energy he has other employees are straight to the point and I feel rushed. That young man is amazing and I tell him everytime thank you guys for hiring him.

Well.. every table in the whole restaurant was dirty so I was unable to eat in store. Secondly, I ordered two subs (one giant and one regular)—both chicken Phillies. The employee taking my order never asked nor put any of the fixings (clearly listed on the board) on the sandwich. I’m sorry, but why would I pay for just meat? Employee tried to say nothing comes on the sandwiches after we told him we wanted toppings. Bad experience.

Not sure how you write the number of the sub on the bag for customer to verify and then have something completely different in the wrapper. So nice to be surprised after driving home to not receiving what was ordered. Even after double checking the bag for the number.
