Well.. every table in the whole restaurant was dirty so I was unable to eat in store. Secondly, I ordered two subs (one giant and one regular)—both chicken Phillies. The employee taking my order never asked nor put any of the fixings (clearly listed on the board) on the sandwich. I’m sorry, but why would I pay for just meat? Employee tried to say nothing comes on the sandwiches after we told him we wanted toppings. Bad experience.

Not sure how you write the number of the sub on the bag for customer to verify and then have something completely different in the wrapper. So nice to be surprised after driving home to not receiving what was ordered. Even after double checking the bag for the number.

IT WAS SO COLD IN THERE OUR GET TOGETHER WAS RUINED, WE FELT LIKE OUR TEETH COULD CHADDER , IT WAS HORRIBLE BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND IT WAS NICE TO VISIT WITH OUR FAMILY
The food is great they were all polite about 6-7 employees in the store and only 3 of which were actually helping customers and making subs

Very rarely do I give a 5. Disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. After following a JM general manager on Facebook and seeing his videos I had to come. I came and had to get the philly cheese steak. Got the giant because I hadn't eaten all day. Philly steak is my go to just about anywhere and I have to be honest this was the best cheese steak I have ever had. The young kids working there were very friendly asking me how my day was and wishing me a happy new year. Just great all the way around. It cost me a dollar more than I have paid at dibellas for years but I think it's actually bigger. You definitely got yourself a new customer.

The service and employees are amazing. They're polite and quick. The food however has taken a down turn since I used to go. Maybe it was just an off day, but they aren't as good as they used to be, and aren't worth the premium price anymore.
Vegetarian options: They didn't really do that. Yes there are vegetarian sandwiches, but you can tell it was an after thought
Dietary restrictions: Same 5 ingredients in different orders, if you can't eat one thing, you can't eat anything.
Parking: Not super accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. The employees are professional and polite.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any ramps or accessibility options. Not the fault of the store, rather the plaza they're in, but still

I went to Jersey mikes on Thursday and they were not busy and waited for 10 mins to place order a girl gave me a piece of paper and told me to give to cashier. Waited another 10 mins just standing there and no one was making my food so I said are you gonna make my food. And finally I got my food another 5 mins. So I go back on Friday and placed an online order because my husband wanted to try this pastrami. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:15 and when I got there they said they didn’t have Pastrami ready that if I wanted it I had to wait. So I ended up waiting an additional time to get my sandwiches cause I ordered 3 so I finally got my order at 1:55 I drove home and when I got home I basically had all bread hardly any meat on the sandwiches and barely any toppings. I definitely won’t be ordering food anymore. I called the store and not a single person answered 😡 what a waste of money and a 20 min drive
