I come in the store about once a week I get welcomed in every time by a young man name jason he is very out going easy to have a conversation with I struggle going out since my wife has passed away.He talks to me as if we have been friends forever and I appreciate it very much he knows my sandwich order and showed me how to use the app I will keep coming to this place I love the energy he has other employees are straight to the point and I feel rushed. That young man is amazing...

Very rarely do I give a 5. Disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. After following a JM general manager on Facebook and seeing his videos I had to come. I came and had to get the philly cheese steak. Got the giant because I hadn't eaten all day. Philly steak is my go to just about anywhere and I have to be honest this was the best cheese steak I have ever had. The young kids working there were very friendly asking me how my day was and wishing me a happy new year....

The service and employees are amazing. They're polite and quick. The food however has taken a down turn since I used to go. Maybe it was just an off day, but they aren't as good as they used to be, and aren't worth the premium price anymore.

Vegetarian options: They didn't really do that. Yes there are vegetarian sandwiches, but you can tell it was an after thought
