I order from jimmy johns all the time I am usually not one to complain but lately the service has been terrible I order on 5-17-24 and it took an hour to deliver it I ordered again today I did not get everything in my order very disappointed hopefully the service gets better I would hate to not order from them again

My daughter ordered our food from DoorDash the other day and we never received our food. By the time we tried to call them to get reimbursed they had already closed. My daughter lost almost $40 never again never order from DoorDash from them as you can’t keep track of your order to make sure you get it.

Austin and honestly ALL the staff here are super friendly, love coming here at least once a week, food is ALWAYS on point, and FAST!!! This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!
if you do not get your on line order as you wanted it to be do not expect them to help you out. They must assume you are trying to get a free sandwich because they only offer to sell you more food. Very poor way to do business. Order food and they can't help you out when its wrong. Treat like a common thief!

There was a sign on the door saying a power outage happened, and they were closed(5/28/23). I saw the lights were on and the door was open, so I entered. I was told they were closed upon entering by workers passing a vape around and smoking in the kitchen, which smelled suspicious.
