Staff is very pleasant and friendly and didn’t skimp on any of the toppings or add-ons. It’s a jimmy johns, and tastes like every other jimmy johns, which is a great thing.
I will admit, these guys need to take a class on how to close a wrap. Mine was falling apart, but all the flavors were still there. My partners sub looked like something right out of the commercial, safe to say subs are where they shine.
Overall, they’re much better than the 3 star rating they have. Don’t be afraid to order from here.

Great tasing rolls. But if I wanted to eat lettuce on a roll with a little Mayo would have done that at home. Think I missed the Turkey that was supposed to be on my sandwich and tomato was really not even noticeable

When I wanted a meat substituted, the worker was extremely rude and disrespectful and skrewed up my sandwich. After my boyfriend got home with my sandwich, which was barely wrapped, I decided to call and speak with the manager. when I called and asked to speak with a manager the person who answered claimed he was the manager and hung up on me twice, but this all came after he told my boyfriend that he wasn't the manager. Never going there again!! Disrespectful and rude staff plus they lie.

Went in right before they closed and the staff was so friendly and kind. Sandwich was put together perfectly. The best experience I've ever had with any restaurants closing crew! Love this location!

Place was a mess. The floor was filthy, staff seemed miserable and was bickering amgst themselves. They had no music on. Terrible vibes, and my beach club had like 2 VERY skimpy, bloody piece of turkey on it. Should have taken a picture, seemed like a prank on MTV-Punk'd or something. The one on Lincoln Ave. near YSU and in Tallmadge SQ (Circle) were 3 million times better, every time. Will not be returning. Subway got me covered with their consistency, on Market Street by Saint E's.

Ngl this was the sloppiest wrap I’ve ever seen and I don’t go to the one downtown Youngstown because they don’t make my wraps as good as Boardman location but today was much different. I pulled up at the window and had to wait 5 minutes for my food. The employees saw me but didn’t say anything until my wraps were done. I got two wraps today like I usually do after work. For dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow at work. When the girl handed me the bag I was already caught off guard by how lightweight it was so I opened one of them and then to my shock it was the sloppiest wrap ever made by a Jimmy John’s employee. I usually go to that jimmy Johns because the employees usually make it so perfect, they wrap it all nicely and cut it in half like it should be. Not this time they clearly just threw whatever together in a hurry. The employees need to learn how to wrap the wraps. I don’t know if there’s new employees that need re-trained but it was so bad, sloppy and I barely got any cucumbers. It was missing my onions and cheese. I just told them to cut it like they should’ve but then I opened the other one and it was just as sloppy as the first wrap I opened and at that point I just went in to get a refund for both wraps. I paid $32 for a mess and it just didn’t sit right with me so I walked in and got my refund for the junk they threw together and I took my money where it was appreciated which was five guys next door. Wraps should be wrapped up in jimmy Johns paper nicely and cut in halves to stop it from dripping, it stops the food from falling out and keeps everything together. The first two pictures are what the employees tried to serve me and the last picture is what all Jimmy John’s wraps should look like and be served looking this way. Those wraps they tried to serve me was completely unacceptable.

Ordered my food 30 minutes ago...ASAP delivery. It's 1:08 and just got off the phone with employee. I was told it's too bad that I'm literally 2 minutes away because there were other orders to be delivered. Not convenient when you have a limited lunch break and no telling when it will be delivered. Next time it'll be too bad no tip.

Very little to no tuna on my sub. JESSE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and apparently hates his job. Go Anywhere else to spend your $13!
I order from jimmy johns all the time I am usually not one to complain but lately the service has been terrible I order on 5-17-24 and it took an hour to deliver it I ordered again today I did not get everything in my order very disappointed hopefully the service gets better I would hate to not order from them again

My daughter ordered our food from DoorDash the other day and we never received our food. By the time we tried to call them to get reimbursed they had already closed. My daughter lost almost $40 never again never order from DoorDash from them as you can’t keep track of your order to make sure you get it.
