wasted an hour of my time waiting for the pizza to be ready and figure out the cashier got my name the most completely wrong way possible and had a random bystander yell at me

Im not sure what happened to this location but it’s awful and today was the last time we’ll order from here. Our order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:45. We got there, were told they were working on it and I didn’t receive my order until 7:45! Im a very patient person but between the lack of care and my very small order being ready an hour past the promised time, today was the last straw. If I hadn’t prepaid I never would have waited that long. Seems like other people have had similar experiences lately too

Easily one of the worst ran stores I’ve seen in a very long time, constant staff changes, nothings ever prepared, hot and ready at this location isn’t a thing it seems. Terrible.

this place needs alot of help. i sat in there waiting an hour for my order that i placed with the cashier 3 people that came in after me got their order before i got mine. and i had the same amount of items as most of them. then when i ask she is confused where my order is too. multiple people irritated waiting bc there’s only 3 people working. get better management and more employee

This location was bumping today! There were a lot of people in store today so I was surprised to see only two staff working, but they powered through! Their was a small mistake with our order but Hunter and Lisa were eager and swift to fix it and surpassed what we expected of them (especially since it was so close to close when we called in the problem). They were amazing ✨️✨️

Slowest Servi e known to man. After the female general manager left this place went down hill. Doordashers wait for over an hour, no communication except we are working on it. Absolutly ridiculous!

Absolutely, awful service and terrible wait times! Never have I seen a crew of 6 take 40 mins for an order of cheese bread. Never come to this location unless you have you 2 hours to spare.

I used to frequent this location and the staff was very friendly and fast and accommodating. The staff now is very dismissive very slow I waited over 30 minutes past the time my order was to be ready. They are way to laid back when it comes to customer service and the lines were out the doors and never even great the customers when walking in. Like you are being completely ignored.
