Little Caesars Pizza

This place used to be amazing, i don’t know what happened. It’s been a disaster the last 3 times we have ordered, there’s always a ton of people waiting and when i come at the time my order should be ready it’s always another 20-30 minutes for my order, but I’ve already paid so I’m screwed

Food is exactly what you expect from a little caesar’s, not great but good enough for the price. The service is terrible though. The amount of times I have tried to call and place and order and no body picked up the phone is stupendous. I also noticed that online ordering is often unavailable for no apparent reason. I am left with no option but to go into the store in person to order and sit and wait for my food. Or just go somewhere else. It seems like this Little Caesar’s does NOT want my business or money. It’s a marvel they are sill in business.

Slow never any hot and ready to buy when u walk in more worried about mobile orders happen many times other costumer just walk out

Walked into this Boardman location at 8:28 pm for a hot & ready cheese/pepperoni and were turned away. They said they had none ready and were not going to make any more because they will close soon. Another customer walked in after us and was turned away as well.

I have worked in restaurants and can confidently say that walking into a sit-down restaurant 15 minutes before closing isn’t a nice move, but this is a fast food place that is supposed to have pizzas hot & ready (we didn’t ask for a custom pizza), and to be turned away more than 30 minutes before closing time is just bad business and terrible customer service. I cannot recommend this location at all.

WRONG PIZZA. No wonder delivery was LATE (as well). No good.

Good pizza, very small price

The owner was incredibly rude when we had an issue. It's trash pizza, so when there's an issue you should do your best to keep your customers happy. When corporate Little Caesars is nicer you know it's a problem.

If I could rate a 0 for everything, I would. Ordered pizza on the app. I needed to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. You are not able to cancel on the app so I called the store. They said I would receive a refund. After not receiving my refund for 2 weeks I called. They transferred me to corporate. Corporate said that it was in the stores hands. This back and forth went on for OVER A MONTH.

Finally received a call for the owner saying they would not refund my order and would only comp me for not even half my order. The owner was hostile and rude. He did not communicate with me about ANYTHING.

I have never worked with a company so unwilling to help their customers. The owner was trying to gaslight me into thinking I placed the order at the wrong store and it was my fault for cancelling my order over the phone over an hour before pickup time.

On top of it all they were not apologetic or understanding about the situation. The owner is just in it for the money and truly does not care about his customers.

Pizza order was canceled well outside the time frame of an hour. Was told on the phone that we would receive a refund. A month later finally spoke to the owner. He was rude and disrespectful on the phone. Denied our order and at first tried to say that “you ordering food at the wrong location doesn’t make me your insurance provider”

Honestly if we were told at the time we canceled the order that we would not have received a refund. I would have went and got the pizza.

You can’t tell me that my pizza was ready an hour before pick up and would be sitting for an hour before I got there. “Hot and ready” what a joke.

Corporate didn’t help either after multiple phone calls and messages on their X account. The best option we were offered was to be comped on the next order for less then what we are owed.

To say anything more then I will not be ever purchasing from little Caesars pizza again is an understatement. Clearly from the bottom up this company is disrespectful.

Love the personal Sicilian style puzza that is available from 11 AM til 2 PM, however, how you going to offer veteran's a free personal pizza on Veteran's day between these hours and then have sign posted in window saying "sorry vet's, sold out" at 12:15???? How is it possible to be sold out of pizza at a pizza restaurant an hour and a quarter after openings???? This was at the Boardman Ohio location on Boardman-Poland Rd

Breadsticks were only 3 inches long and burned. Pizza was really good. Girl at register was not really happy to be there either.

Went here a few weeks ago, the pizza was amazing. Few years ago when I went here I thought they went down hill but now what ever they're doing is amazing!

took 2-3 minutes for someone to come to front counter. heard about 5 "F" bombs being dropped. ordered crazy bread - they were plain - no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese on them. disappointing visit
