We went to Texas Steakhouse for my birthday Rebecca was our waitress. She was attentive, helpful and kind I cannot praise her enough. The food was delicious cooked perfectly.

They still?with a free ticket because of a previous screw up couldn't get it right. GAVE US 2 T BONES..AGAIN INSTEAD OF A PORTERHOUSE AND A RIB EYE..DON'T GO HERE..WASTE OF MONEY.
GO TO GINAT EAGLE..THEYL cut your steak to size...and your brand.

For a free meal because they couldn't tell between a t bone and a porterhouse steak,once again we got 2 t bone steaks..😂🤣So again they have no idea between there steaks..GOOD LUCK

My family and I visited over the Christmas holiday weekend. We were able to get seated and served in a very timely manner. Our server was attentive and knew the menu items well. Our steaks were cooked as requested and the portions were exceptional.

Tammy. Full stop. That’s who you want as your waitress at this LongHorn. The food is always spot on, every single time. I’ve never once had an issue with the service, the food, or the cleanliness. Tammy is fantastic, and the rest of the staff is just as friendly and welcoming. This is our go to restaurant and honestly, it never disappoints. Always will be a favorite.

Today I visited the Boardman location. I ordered the 12 ounce ribeye steak. I ordered it medium. It came out well done. They made me another steak. It came out medium and was like shoe leather. I had the waitress box it to take home for my dog. Cost me 45 dollars including tip for the worst experience ever! Will never go back!

This is the NICEST LongHorn I’ve ever been to! Immediately walking in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was greeted promptly and politely. The manager was even on the floor and helped us personally! She was very sweet, professional and highly experienced! They had a giving tree for Christmas, which I thought was so caring. Everything was clean and the food was DELICIOUS!
