I had a 5-star experience at this location. My server, Samantha, was wonderful
She knew exactly what to recommend, showing both excellent menu knowledge and the ability to read her guests.

I ordered the filet mignon from the premium cuts menu, and I have to say, it was cooked to perfection. In my experience, medium-rare steaks often come out either overcooked or underdone, but the chef here truly knew what they were doing. It was spot-on.

I personally enjoy A1 steak sauce with my steak, and usually I can’t eat steak without it. But this filet was so flavorful that I barely used any sauce at all, and honestly, it would have been just as delicious without it.

The food looked as good as it tasted, and the décor created a very pleasant dining atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the service. Managers were walking around greeting guests, checking on servers, and making sure meals were enjoyable. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about their work and even seemed to enjoy it.

Thank you, LongHorn, Samantha, and the chef, for a truly wonderful dining experience. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant 100%.

This is the second time at this location I have had issues first time was back in January I logged a complaint with corporate, this time I walk in it was fairly busy, I got seated quickly recieved my water and app, got my salad,other patrons arrived after me and got there food before me, the server was good and manager was apologetic but the kitchen staff is deplorable and following orders and getting out in a timely manner.

There was no wait when we got there got greeted and seated right away. Service was wonderful and so attentive. Food was OUTSTANDING 💯👏🏼 Will definitely be back again!

Can’t make reservations but they accommodated our group quickly. Waitress was very good. But for being a steak house the food was disappointing. 3 of us ordered the same steak to be cooked the same way. One wasn’t recognizable as steak- it was so overcooked, one was undercooked and one was okay. We were there celebrating a birthday and the birthday treat was put on my sister’s bill and she wasn’t even the one that informed the waitress of the birthday.

Had horrible experience from management. After waiting almost 2 hrs for a table and 2 other big parties got seated before us. Was told more than once that they were getting our table ready, still waited 20 minutes, went to management and because I was pissed off and yelling, they turned their back and walked away from and I was kicked out of the restaurant.
