Almost $12.00 May 28th, 2025 for those 2 items and the wait at the drive thru was absurd. Cars lined up and waiting for s quarter pounder !! This franchisee is clearly not run to McDonalds franchisee requirements...

I visit this location semi regularly as it is by my office. The amount of condiments they put on sandwiches/burgers is insane. It's so bad the top bun is usually mush and gross AF. Chill out with the ketchup, mayo, mustard. If someone wants an ungodly amount of ketchup, they'll ask for it. I now go to Wendy's across the street so I don't waste my money on a soggy burger

It's McDonald's not much more to be said. I do patronize this one at Western Reserve and South Ave. because I can still get and refill my own drink. The lobby is chilly and that makes my eat-in experience very uncomfortable.

I dont particularly find it to be gourmet in the way of food (literally no fast food is) but it's always fresh and of very fair quality for what it is. The people there are super nice. Atmosphere is good. That's my fair review.

The manager that took our order needs to learn how to speak to people. He spoke with a attitude. When I asked a question he responded a attitude. It's a shame that your manager would speak to customer's that way.
