Absolutely horrible how we received our order. $6 for that soup and to open the tender “meal” to have the sauce already dumped out in the packaging. For $30 you expect atleast somewhat of a decent meal. I could have gone to McDonald’s for a better experience.

Not slow service but no service at all. We waited a bit to be seated and then after 20 mins of no one coming back to take our meal order or even ask if we wanted something to drink, we left. As we are walking out, 2 personnel were standing there just having a conversation amongst themselves. Very disappointing since we had been there before and the food was good and I wanted to get the same dinner as before.

Had a great experience at O'Charley's a few days ago. My server Kosta was very helpful in accommodating my allergy and made my experience memorable! Looking forward to coming back.

I started ordering from O'Charley's because their chicken strips family meal was such a good deal and delicious. Today, I ordered from this location for them to deliver to my work. The delivery was quick and accurate, but their chicken strips were small and burnt to a crisp. I was very disappointed at the quality of the food today. It's usually well prepared but today it was subpar, which makes the deal not as great as it used to be.

My wife and I have been going to O’Charley’s for years now. We had not gone in a long time due to the focus of raising our daughter, but recently we have visited twice. Both visits were pleasant. The food is just as good as we remembered, and the service is better than it has ever been. Dinh and Matt are great servers, very friendly, patient, and give great recommendations.

The only thing that upset us about our visit: it wasn’t very crowded for a Sunday. We recall coming in years ago to crowded weekends. To my understanding, people are upset about the portion sizes. I would like to say to not let this deter you, as the food you receive is great quality so it’s worth it!

I hadn't been here for a few years. My husband and I stopped in for a good dinner and we were not disappointed. The pineapple chicken bowl was seriously one of the best dishes I've ever had. It was absolutely perfect.
Our server was sooooo nice and we honestly had a great experience. Next time it won't be so long in between visits!

The manager that was serving wasted coffee on my daughter's sweater an said nothing kept right on serving...she didn't say anything at all. An the honey drizzled chicken breast was cut in half so it looked like a tenderloin pounded out!

Told us we had a 20 minute wait. After 30 minutes we left. Lack of help😢

My favorite thing to do lately is go during the week for a happy hour which is from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 on the weekends. I've gone with my sister and mother and also with my husband. Each time my food was amazing. I don't know if it was the price that made it taste better but honestly no complaints here
