Salad has been reduced in size. Had to ask for second and didn’t eat much, where when the usual amount is plenty for two. Chicken soup only had 6 dumplings. Started with one server, sat with empty salad bowl and soup before another waitress came to our table. Later sat at table with bill and payment so long that we took payment to front where we told that she couldn’t take the payment and then waited for the original waiter to take money. Asked for a more quiet place because we were first seated next to bar area……then we were seated next to kitchen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…….unlike most times at any Olive Garden. The manager came to our table before we could start our soup. Has this restaurant changed hands recently?

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary, so we thought it would be fun to eat at Olive Garden. We usually don't have the money to eat there, so this was really special. I ordered the 5 cheese baked ziti and my hubby ordered the alfredo with shrimp and scallops. The food was sub-par, the waitress checked on us once and the second time we needed her we had to stop her to ask her for more water. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed. But it gets even worse. 24 hours after being there, my hubby got severe food poisoning. Today has been day 3 and he is SLOWLY on the upswing but severely dehydrated. Maybe even to the point that if he is unable to keep the liquid IV drink down I will be taking him to the er. Never expected to have a special celebration turn out the way it did. I suggest, if you plan on eating here, make sure ALL your food is throughly cooked. I know that we will NEVER be going back, that's for sure.

Given dirty silverware. Talked to waitress and manager apologize d but did not offer any discount or anything for the dirty silverware. It ruined my dining experience. I feel they could have compensated me some how. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Absolutely AWEFUL service! 2 adults 1 child. They pretended my child didn't exist. Didn't offer refills on bread or salad, didn't check on why I didn't touch my food, didn't offer refills on drinks and didn't even bring everyone at the table a chocolate.

Hostess was beyond kind and serviceable, walked us me with an umbrella in the rain because of my crutches, the service is incredibly kind, the world deserves more people like her ❤️

I ordered calamari as my meal, and it was so over cooked and dried up not tasted i could barely eat it. My father had to wait over 10 mins after we got our food for his soup to finally come. This place has gone down in the years, I dont normally come here but did for my father but probably won't anymore.
