Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I haven't been to Olive garden in years. We decided to go for dinner the other night, the quality of the food has gone down hill. Will not return.

Me and my dad are regular customers at this restaurant ever since 5 years ago, they even know our names. Even my mom's name, even though she barely ever comes with us. The food is astonishingly good, the kids meal is enough to feed me for two days, the managers always treat us with the utmost respect, and the atmosphere and decor was amazing. 5 stars, I eat here every week or so, and will continue to do so.

Such an inviting and friendly atmosphere! Food was AMAZING!! The Zuppa Tuscano was exceptionally delicious!

After I placed the order, it took them 20 minutes to bring me the soups and bread, when usually they bring it as quickly as you order it.

My husband and I are both retired army veterans and went here for our free meal. It was supposed to be dine-in only. We had our doggo's in our truck and they were more than happy to give it to us to go. The special Veterans Day menu was fabulous, couldn't decide which meal to get! We both ordered the chicken parm and it was delicious. It was a large portion with side of spaghetti and also included the famous breadsticks, soup or salad. The staff were so kind, patient and friendly even though the restaurant was so packed. I went to the Boardman Ohio restaurant even though we live in Pennsylvania. Was so worth it. Will definitely be ordering there more often! 😋😋😋

Our server , Logan , was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly , polite , efficient. And we met the manager, Jackie. Was so kind ,and polite. We would absolutely recommend going there and if you're allowed,, ask for Logan and say hi to him and Jackie !! Will be going back on a regular basis !!!

I had not been to the olive garden in years, and was really craving some good italian food. Well, let me tell you, this is NOT the place for good italian food. The food was the worst. The bread sticks were awful. Very little dressing on the salad. We had a great server, so I can't complain about that. Yes, I know it's a chain, but it used to be a decent chain. I will never be back. Oh, my chair was so wobbly I was afraid it would collapse on me.

Food is good. Salad alot stingier than it was...bowl for 5 people had two tomato pieces and about enough olives and peppers for 1 each. Tiny shreds of carrot and red cabbage. 99% lettuce. Staff were polite, accommodating and helpful. Mains were tasty, some were huge. Would like to see some non alcoholic cocktails, or low sugar ones. Good value for money over all.

Would never recommend this place to anyone I have been getting the catering orders from them almost every month for the last 5 months today I tried to order again the website is down so I called the restaurant got a really rude women on the phone I told her the website is down could she help me place my order she said they don’t deliver the same day I never said I wanted to order for today I want to order for tomorrow she said they don’t do orders over the phone without 24 hours notice the website says if I place an order before 5 the day before they can deliver the next day so I will no longer support Olive Garden they offer a website that wasn’t working so why is it my problem and why shouldn’t I be able to order with the person at the restaurant it’s a big hassle for no reason.

My wife and myself and our roommates went there recently and ordered the all you can eat salad and soup with bread sticks and 3 of us did order pasta. We got our bread sticks eventually and our drinks and salad but didn't get our pasta at all we waited over an hour we had to contact a manager to give us our pasta or pretty much pay for a order because the lady manager couldn't find the order for our pasta so she had to pay for it I'm guessing it was bad customer service for the server. There was even other people around us that got their food before us and they came in after we were already eating our salad.
