I will absolutely never come to this place I just left here there were two staff a guy and a girl they didn’t greet when I was next up to order walked away I had to ask were they busy the girl said yes I own a business myslef I would never in life recommend this place idk if was because I was the only black girl in there but this was the qorst experience I’ll stick with crumble!

The location hermitage was terrible, the cookies are super thin and piled with a bunch of crap that wasn’t even correct. They broke once we pick up the cookie. There was nothing special about their cookies, taste like regular sugar cookies from the store.

Worst first time at this place. And the best part it was by an unprofessional manager! When asking if cookies had chocolate chips(because my middle daughter has Sensory Processing Disorder, and can't stand the Texture of chocolate chips). Then I said okay I'll take the s'mores for her because it has Hershey bars on top. She said okay but it's essentially the same thing. I said to her it's not. She said well that's just weird. And I said well she has sensory processing disorder, and the chips are a texture thing for her. She shut up, but I'm upset. No opinions were need. To someone they may not be the same thing. She never apologized to me in the store, only when my husband called and was upset. She couldn't tell us how to get in contact with the owners!
