Ordered 2 pick twos and a tea. We were the only car in the drive thru for a solid 10 minutes and waited at the window a total of 15 minutes, no, I’m not exaggerating, it was actually that long. We began to wonder if someone just took our order then left. Finally the cashier hands us our food. Completely wrong order but thankfully we checked the bag. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got the right food. Realized after pulling off was given no straw for the drink, silverware for the soup or salad, or napkins. Guess I’ll just use my hands lol. I mean what in the world is going on at this place? It’s not busy at all. Does anyone even care a tiny bit….? This location did not used to be this bad.

It just kills me that they take the longest to give you your food but then when you get it it's horribly put together. All the ingredients will be on one little part of the bread and if you get a whole sandwich most of it will be on one side then the other. It's just how hard is it to make a proper sandwich?

Everything was good. Two things not so great. Ordered a bowl of French Onion soup and left without checking in bag,ending up with a cup instead 🙃. The other thing mildly bothersome was that I had 2 separate orders,when getting into bag to separate, the 2 breads were just tossed loose in the bag,not in like a paper sleeve or napkin. I'm funny about other hands digging in bag to separate the food and touching mine, kinda unsanitary in my eyes.

Got the steak and wake sandwich this morning. They say it’s steak but I think they need to word it correctly. It’s not steak, it’s fake steak/meat, if you can call it meat. The taste of whatever the meat is, is terrible. I threw away the steak after trying it. Why don’t the sandwiches they have pictured on their menu look like the picture, they don’t. It’s so sad especially for the money I paid.

I am a Sip Club member. I love the food and coffee, but this location always disappoints me. It takes a long time, the place is dirty, and this time, in addition to the delay, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I drove for almost 10 miles, and when I tried to eat it, it was wrong. I had to go back because the sandwich they gave me had pepper in it, and I don't eat pepper.

It was our first time at a Panera Bread. It was nice and clean. I ordered a French Dip sandwich. It came with a bag of chips, and I ordered a lavender lemonade. Everything was good. The only thing I didn't like was the tipping at the counter. I always feel awkward tipping like that. I did tip, though

Never been treated so rude.. I was shocked... Will never come here again..food was awesome but service was terrible..was a middle aged woman who should have some business etiquette.... unbelievable
Picked up a pick two for lunch the tuna sandwich with chips after 30 mins of eating I immediately experienced a food borne illness 🤮( I only ate the tuna sandwich) I’m not sure what happen this time maybe the tuna was left out expired or not properly stored correctly but I had really bad diarrhea & stomach cramps I had to run to the bathroom which is so embarrassing at work someone should investigate this Panera asap before it gets out of hand

One of my favorite breakfast items at Panera is the soufflés. They make for a great morning meal along with a cup of coffee. All the breakfast sandwiches are delicious & pastries as well. Orange scones are exceptionally delicious & a fav for me.

Parking: Parking is off the side of the building and there are a few spots in front & along the other side as well.
