Picked up a pick two for lunch the tuna sandwich with chips after 30 mins of eating I immediately experienced a food borne illness 🤮( I only ate the tuna sandwich) I’m not sure what happen this time maybe the tuna was left out expired or not properly stored correctly but I had really bad diarrhea & stomach cramps I had to run to the bathroom which is so embarrassing at work someone should investigate this Panera asap before it gets out of hand

Employees are always so nice and friendly and the Autumn squash soup is my favorite!
I ordered 1/2 sandwich, small mac and cheese, and a small smoothie (smaller than kid's meal drink anywhere else), and the total was $22.76. That's insane. I gave the girl in the drive thru 2 ten dollar gift cards and a 5 dollar bill & had to help her make change. Won't be going back, even with a gift card.

We have gotten wrong food here almost every time. I think we will stop going to this location and go to Canfield instead. One time we got a turkey sandwhich with no meat. The next time ordered a ham and white cheddar grilled and got an american only. This is the worst Panera we have gone to. I suggest you try a different.
I love the food here. Panera Bread is one of my favorite places for food. It is very expensive for my young adult budget though, so it's not a place I can go every day. My favorites are the broccoli cheddar soup and the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. They also have a chocolate-filled croissant that is pretty good. My only negative comment, other than the price, would be the difficulty redeeming my e-gift card in the cafe. I've gone to this location and others and the employees don't seem familiar with the procedure to take an electronic gift card. They tell me that they don't have a scanner for the card, so I have to use the app.
We could not find a clean table. Majority of employees standing around laughing and acting like they could care less about the costumers. We will stick to the one in Canfield from now on!
