The food was alright, average Panera experience. I ordered a bagel with butter and I never received the butter, only got the bagel. I also got a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was amazing.

Ordered a sandwich that when unwrapped looked like someone had thrown a handful of red peppers onto it, avocado smashed all over outside of bread from dirty cutting/prep area. Just gross.Baggetts were stale also, but for some reason there were 4 ripped into chunks in the bottom of the bag.Garbage ?

Usually go to this one since it's close to my job. But they can never get it right. I always go thru the drive thru and something is wrong. I think there was 1 or 2 times everything came out right. Idk how you can constantly get it wrong when there's usually 1-2 cars in the drive thru when I go.
Ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup through the drive through, got home and received one bag of chips as the side. When my husband called he was told they ran out of bread and the cashier should’ve told him this at the window. Must’ve been the last bag of chips also or whoever bagged the food can’t count to 2.
