I have never had a bad experience at Sauceeino. I love the food, especially the wraps and the homemade sauces! I would say that the portion size is generous especially given the affordable cost. The owner is very kind and always has great recommendations. Sauceeino is always a must-visit when I am home from school. I would consider myself a patient person. At Birdfish tonight I was informed it would be a “25-30 minute wait for my food” from the truck…it was AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. Not an exaggeration! Just beyond unacceptable. AND to top it off they somehow still messed up mine and my friends order? I really don’t know how it’s possible to make a meal that disaster-full but they pulled it off.

We had the food truck over to our office today and I will absolutely be stopping by the physical location now as well. Some of the most fresh, flavorful food I have had, especially from a food truck! I can't wait to try more!

The food truck is sometimes at Bird Fish. I’ve ordered there twice. Both times it took at least 45 minutes for our order. Unacceptable. This guy always has an excuse.

Needs a better system. I had this for the first time at Birdfish Brewing. The line was long and it seemed like he needed some help. We were given these pagers that would light up when our food was ready. Except ours never went off. We waited for almost an hour and when we went back he said he had been paging us. We said we never got the notification. He rudely accused us of being inside, even though we were outside the entire time. This happened to others in our party as well, just an overall bad experience.
