Every barista at this Starbucks is top notch. The drinks are always made perfectly and to order. The food is always fresh. The baristas are always friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Elise who makes every visit a truly pleasant experience. Five stars to all of the employees here.

Me and my mom went to Cortland Starbucks and they messed up our drinks, it tasted like there was no coffee in it. We went through this Starbucks to just get a shot of espresso to fix our drinks. Annie saw the Starbucks cups (we didn’t even mention it!) and offered to remake them even though we got them from a different location. Annie was our barista, and she was so kind and generous! We really appreciated her helpfulness and amazing service!!

Words cannot explain the experience I just had, the barista there was absolutely amazing, made me the best pink drink I’ve ever had, not only that spoke to me in the greatest way, customer service off the wall. Thanks to her I will definitely be returning. I believe the baristas name was Zoe.

zoe was my barista and honestly? the best one to ever exist, made my drink perfectly and im pretty sure she even paid off all my debts while she was at it. the customer service? amazing the vibes? unmatched the experience? life- changing 💜

I took my daughter through the drive thru for food and a drink after school because we had to be somewhere, and there was only one person in front of me so i figured it would be fast. 20 minutes later, I was still stuck behind the car in front of me. The passenger of that car got out and went in the store and bought food and got back in the car while they were still in the drive-through. The employees allowed this lady to stay there for all this time while she could not figure out a way to pay with her app on her phone. Instead of asking her to pull around and go in the store to figure it out, at least 25 other cars gathered behind me during this time. By the time we got our food and drink the food was cold and the drink was starting to separate.. Terrible experience. Also when something like that happens on a drive thru usually the employees will ask that person to pull around and go in the store… also you have no way of changing your mind to get out because there is no space to pull around and leave. You are absolutely stuck. Forget

I go every Thursday to get my fix love the new pecan crunch.
Not going to be returning to this Starbucks. Last time an employee overfilled the hot coffee and it spilled on my wife when they handed it out. This time I ordered coffee with cream but instead ended up with hot water and cream.
