Went to one on market Street worst place to get a sandwich I wish they had zero stars messed up our order had sub one piece of ham turkey and roast beef never going back there

It's Subway. It is what it is- cheaper subs, hard bread, overly sodium packed "proteins". "Somewhat healthier" than other fast foods. Nothing great, nothing too horrible. If NECESSARY, I would eat it and not feel completely guilty, as long as I got just the basics.

I've been to this store about 5 times. Usually get good service. Last two visits have been mediocre. This evening (10/19), neither of the two employees knew how let the register scan my Subway Rewards card. The girl made lame excuses, such as, "We've never seen those before" & "We're not that busy." By that rationale, you don't know how to slice a cucumber, because the store isn't busy? You should know all aspects of your job. Also a few weeks ago, I went after 830p. They had very little bread left. The server blamed it on the day shift not defrosting the bread in time. I think a manager/district mgr needs to get over to this store (#3596-0/5205 Market St), and retrain a few employees. Yes, usually the wait isn't very long, and the store is neat. Just a few employees need some retraining.
