I'm more than wanted to share this experience with one of the most amazing and professional people to ever shake hands with..GIANNA ... TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY, APOLOGIZED FOR AN EXPERIENCE.. in completely made it right and made me feel like family... People are hard to find let alone good sincere people who are prideful about what they do like Gianna.. the company is lucky to have you and she's one heck of a general manager.. for employees do a great job in addition.. thank you again for everything and I look forward to seeing you guys again very soon

I don’t care to write reviews but I had to brag on how good the staff is here. They always take care of me and treat me like I am their highest paying client. Even when a lot of the time my order is only a shareable French fry for my kids.
The food is great the staff is amazing. I can’t thank them enough for how nice they are to me.

Clean, easy place to get flavorful lunch with some pretty stellar staff. Helpful and non judgy, will walk you through the choices. Crafted soda is a plus. Great stop for fresh, flavorful food.

I ordered online via their website and picked up my order while I was staying in a nearby hotel. I enjoyed the food. It was fresh, flavorful, and filling. The employee who helped me was very kind and friendly. I'd definitely return to Garbanzo.

I had not tried Garbanzo since they had switched from the Simple Greek, which I had loved, and decided to give it a try today.
The employee waiting on us did not seem too eager to help guide us or explain our options. I ordered a signature plate but really would have loved to add a couple more toppings, which he didnt even ask.
My daughter wasn't sure what some of the items were. She said she had skipped toppings she thought looked good because she didnt know what to ask for.
The food we got was good, but the servings were extremely small. Not sure if this is the new way, or just this particular employee's doing, but it definitely didn't look like the advertisement photos!
I was so excited to see a cashback offer on Upside for 28% back on our order, but realized when we got home that I had not even been given my receipt either, so I was not able to redeem the offer. (This offer is the very reason we decided to give Garbanzo a try tonight, too!) With a nearly $40 order, this is dissapointing!

If you go and aren't familiar with the menu, I would recommend reviewing it ahead of time so you know what you are allowed to ask for with your meal.
